The European Commission has told member states that it believes a new scheme, which Russia wants foreign buyers to use to pay for natural gas, will violate the bloc's sanctions, Bloomberg reported on Thursday citing an anonymous source. Kenyan judge DENIES diplomatic immunity to 'high on cocaine' UK troops

The historic ruling concerns the case of a massive 10,000-acres wildfire that killed one & displaced hundreds and was allegedly caused by UK soldiers stationed at Nanyuki army base.

A suit has been brought against British Army Training Unit Kenya’s soldiers that have reportedly “tested positive for cocaine” but BATUK sought protection from prosecution under supposed diplomatic immunity.

However, a High Court Judge ruled that a 2015 defense agreement between Kenya and the UK was “equivalent to a waiver of state immunity” in cases like the one facing BATUK.
