A News Guard study has found that TikTok continues to feed disinformation about the Russia-Ukraine conflict, and has made little or no effort to remove content once proven to be fake.
Searches were found to be filled with false information in the top 20 results. It's seen young users on the platform spreading violent and dangerous content, without understanding either side's position on the conflict, in order to gather huge followings.
