Ukrainian neo-Nazis make ‘chemical attack’ claim
Ukraine's neo-Nazi Azov Battalion has accused Russian forces of deploying a chemical weapon against its fighters in Mariupol.
An unidentified chemical agent was dropped from a drone, leaving several Ukrainian fighters in the area struggling to breathe, according to unverified accusations posted on Telegram by the ultra-nationalists.
However, an aide to Mariupol's Mayor noted that the allegations of a chemical attack hadn’t been confirmed (Reuters). Moscow has previously warned that claims such as this one could be used to create a pretext for the US and its Western allies to step up efforts to punish Russia over the ongoing conflict.
Even the UK's Defense chief said it might be "tear gas." So... what police use on protesters in Europe all the time? Other reports suggest a gas tank was hit at the Azovstal...

The Governor of the Santiago metropolitan region Claudio Orrego has announced an unprecedented water rationing plan to avoid catastrophe, as Chile is living through a more-than-a-decade-long drought and the country’s capital is facing the possibility of being cut off from water resources.
“A city can’t live without water. And we’re in an unprecedented situation in Santiago’s 491-year history, where we have to prepare for there to be not enough water for everyone who lives here,” the governor stated at a press conference on Monday....

Taiwan’s All-out Defense Mobilization unit has released a guide for citizens in the event of a war with Beijing, complete with comic strips and tips for survival, locating bomb shelters, and preparing food and first aid provisions.
The guide has been planned for some time, and comes as local officials look to extend military service beyond the current 4 months.

Vladimir Putin spoke about the brotherhood shared by Russia, Ukraine and Belarus - while praising Minsk for its work during the negotiations. The Russian president went on to say that the "Sanctions Blitzkrieg" has failed.
Belarusian leader Lukashenko has stated he feels Russia had to move first regarding its 'Special Operation'. He added that the US will not win, and that Bucha was a "British job" - as accusations continue to flood in against Russian forces.
