An arbitrator has ruled the use of force against the 75-year-old man at a rally was “absolutely legitimate”

An arbitrator has ruled that two police officers from New York state, who were caught on camera shoving an elderly protester to the ground in a 2020 viral video, did not overstep the mark, with the official describing the use of force as “absolutely legitimate.

The official characterized Martin Gugino, the 75-year-old man, who had sustained a fractured skull, a brain injury and hearing loss as a result of the fall, as “...

Six Chinese planes, allegedly carrying HQ-22 surface-to-air missiles, landed in Belgrade Saturday to deliver equipment under an agreement between nations.

Western media claimed the delivery raised fears of a military buildup and could “threaten the fragile peace” in the Balkans.

Earlier, the US officials warned Serbia against purchasing HQ-22 systems, saying it must align its military equipment with Western weaponry if it wants to join the European Union or NATO.

Ukrainian neo-Nazis make ‘chemical attack’ claim

Ukraine's neo-Nazi Azov Battalion has accused Russian forces of deploying a chemical weapon against its fighters in Mariupol.

An unidentified chemical agent was dropped from a drone, leaving several Ukrainian fighters in the area struggling to breathe, according to unverified accusations posted on Telegram by the ultra-nationalists.

However, an aide to Mariupol's Mayor noted that the allegations of a chemical attack hadn’t been confirmed (Reuters).
