Being an albino in Tanzania (and a few other African countries) is very dangerous. Not because it's sunny all the time and UV radiation is bad for people with this condition. But instead, albinos are hunted down and hacked for body parts by witch doctors. Some people believe that albino body parts can be used in witchcraft to cure disease or make them rich.

France Confiscates Historic Painting Belonging to Russian Oligarch

French authorities have decided to hold onto a 1910 self-portrait by the prominent Russian artist Pyotr Konchalovsky, which is owned by sanctioned Russian oligarch Petr Aven.

The painting initially was loaned out to France as a part of an exhibition at the Foundation Louis Vuitton in Paris.

Now, France has decided the loan is permanent... or an "Asset freeze."
