Polish Security Forces Fire at Belarusian Checkpoint
The Belarusian border service has claimed its Polish counterparts took aim at a checkpoint near Peschatka, and attempted to impair the local servicemenโs vision with a Stroboscope. The official report mentions local border installations suffering damage, with metal balls found.

Reuters has uncovered Metaโs lop-sided policy on moderating hate speech and calls to violence, after the platform reportedly extended exemptions for Ukrainians on violent and dehumanizing speech until May.
One Meta employee expressed frustration with the double standards after similar comments had been outlawed for conflicts in the Middle East, after writing on an internal message post.
"Seems this policy is saying hate speech and violence is ok if it is targeting the 'right' people.โ
