Bulgaria will not negotiate a new natural gas contract with Russiaโ€™s state-owned energy giant Gazprom, amid the ongoing conflict between Moscow and Kiev, the countryโ€™s Deputy Prime Minister Assen Vassilev said Saturday.

โ€œIn this situation, thereโ€™s no way there are talks with Gazprom,โ€ he told BNR public radio.
