A lot of the Jews were burned and used for fuel during the war, they even used their bones to make tools for the war effort. Some were shipped on to trains and buried in an unmarked location, others were buried at sea. Why does he think the west is a threat?

I think Russia is foolish to think the west or a post-war liberal germany threatens Russia. Russia was always poised to be a developed power before the commies took over and they had a second shot at it after the USSR fell. But instead of allying itself with the west, they are isolating themselves further and have a rising china on their eastern border which is much more of a threat.

Inb4 muh globohomo. Yes, but Russia could still have liberalized its markets while retaining its autonomy by joining the eurozone and nato and not the eu.
