A NYT report penned by David Leonhardt has directly contradicted the MSMโs stance on masking and vaccination for kids under 12, saying it's โvery lowโ to stoke fear among children.
โThe risks from being infected are similar to the other respiratory viruses you probably donโt think much aboutโ said Dr. Alasdair Munro, a pediatric infectious-disease specialist in a research paper reported on by the NYT.
The piece went on to say, that for kids without a serious medical condition, โthe danger of severe Covid is so low as to be difficulty to quantify,โ arguing vaccination for children under 12 may be utterly pointless, as per data put together by the University College of London.
