CNN claims that Ukrainian soldiers are progressing in studying the mechanics of the operation of Patriot missile systems.
The Ukrainians โhave excelled,โ officials said. โOur assessment is that the Ukrainian soldiers are impressive and absolutely a quick study due to their extensive air defense knowledge and experience in a combat zone,โ Brigadier general Shane Morgan of Oklahomaโs Fort Sill said.
The report says the soldiersโ progress will have the Patriot systems deployed to Ukraine in the coming weeks, which is โmuch soonerโ than anticipated.

Telegram users can now transfer USDT in-app
Telegram users can now send each other USDT, the world's largest stablecoin by market cap, within chats in the messaging app, according to the official announcement.
USDT has been added the Wallet Bot on Telegram, allowing users to transfer the stablecoin to the app's internal wallets via chats, as well as buy and sell it via a peer-to-peer (P2P) service.
There is no commission for P2P transactions from buyers, yet for sellers it will be 0.9%.
Last April, Bitcoin and Toncoin were added to the Wallet Bot's marketplace, with the latter also available to send within chats.
To access the feature, users first need to opt in via Telegram's @wallet bot, which allows them to purchase crypto by bank card, exchange and transfer to other wallets.
