We GPs were paid more to give these emergency vaccines than we have ever been paid for ANY vaccine in the history of the state.

We made more on Covid than Drs anywhere in the EU

And NO there is no obligation for us to report side effects.

Nor are we obliged to take it either.

They are never coming off.

Irish people could be wearing face coverings long after the coronavirus pandemic enters an endemic phase and we learn to live with the virus.

That is according to leading infectious disease consultant Sam McConkey, who is an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of International Health and Tropical Medicine at the Royal College of Surgeons.

From Anna Kavanagh on Facebook

LEAKED CONTRACT DOCUMENTS BETWEEN PFIZER AND THE BRAZILIAN GOVERNMENT SHOWS THAT THE PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY IS COMPLETELY INDEMNIFIED AGAINST HARMFUL SIDE EFFECTS OF THEIR VACCINE. REPORTS ALSO THAT BRAZIL AND ARGENTINA HAD TO SUBMIT SOVEREIGN ASSETS AND LODGE FUNDS IN FOREIGN BANK ACCOUNTS AS COLLATERAL TO MEET FUTURE COMPENSATION CLAIMS

A report in the Guardian newspaper this week says:

โ€œPfizer has been accused of holding Brazil โ€œto ransomโ€ over demands to shield itself from possible vaccine side-effect lawsuits in its contract to supply the country with 100m Covid jabs.

In its $1bn (ยฃ700m) deal with Pfizer Export BV, signed in March, despite its prior complaints, the Brazilian government agreed that โ€œa liability waiver be signed for any possible side-effects of the vaccine, exempting Pfizer from any civil liability for serious side-effects arising from the use of the vaccine, indefinitelyโ€.

Indemnity from compensation claims has been common in contracts between many countries and big pharma companies since the late 1980s.

The contract also stipulated that Brazil would cede to US courts, convened secretly, in the event of any contractual disputes relating to the vaccines.

In April, the contract was leaked on the health ministry website โ€“ a confidentiality agreement with Pfizer prevents the publication of its contracts. It was removed soon after and went largely unnoticed outside Brazil until the information was tweeted by a French lawyer and writer last month.

โ€œPurchaser hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Pfizer, BioNTech, [and] each of their affiliates โ€ฆ from and against any and all suits, claims, actions, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, settlements, penalties, fines, costs and expenses โ€ฆ caused by, arising out of, relating to, or resulting from the vaccine,โ€ reads the contract.

Echoing AstraZenecaโ€™s acrimonious row with the EU, the Brazilian government had previously complained about Pfizerโ€™s stipulation โ€œthat if there is a delay in delivery, there is no penaltyโ€.

But it agreed in the contract that while Pfizer would โ€œuse commercially reasonable efforts to meet the delivery scheduleโ€ it would ultimately, โ€œunder no circumstances be subject to or liable for any late delivery penaltiesโ€.

The leak also revealed that Brazil agreed not to โ€œuse the name, trade name, service marks, trademarks, trade dress or logosโ€ of Pfizer in โ€œpublicity releases, advertising or any other publicationโ€ without its โ€œprior written consentโ€ in each instance.

The Bureau of Investigative Journalism reported in February that Pfizer had demanded Brazil and Argentina put up sovereign assets as collateral to guarantee indemnity, as well as create a guarantee fund with money deposited in a foreign bank account.

Pfizer said it had not interfered โ€œwith any countryโ€™s diplomatic, military, or culturally significant assetsโ€.

โ€œEveryone already knows about Pfizerโ€™s clauses,โ€ said the then health minister, Eduardo Pazuello in January. โ€œI guess I donโ€™t need to repeat it, but Iโ€™ll be succinct: complete disclaimer for side-effects from today to infinity. That simple.

Brazilian courts waive any legal action on the company. That simple. [In addition to] Brazilian assets abroad available as collateral and long-term deposit for future actions abroad.โ€

The contract further reveals that Brazil elicited much cheaper jabs from Pfizer than the EU, at about $10 (ยฃ7) a dose, while the pharmaceutical giant upped the number of doses it pledged to provide.

Campaigners said Pfizer had exhibited behaviour suggesting it was more interested in protecting profits than safeguarding the publicโ€ฆ..

French lawyer and writer Juan Branco, who posted the contract on Twitter, said that since the production cost of a Pfizer vaccine is believed to be a maximum of $2 (ยฃ1.50), the legitimacy of the profits should be questioned.

โ€œThis debate canโ€™t happen if the public and the citizens are kept out of the loop,โ€ he added.

Pfizerโ€™s Covid vaccine sales brought in $3.5bn (ยฃ2.5bn) in the first three months of this year, nearly a quarter of its revenue.

Pfizer/BioNTech aims to produce 3bn doses by the end of this year and 4bn in 2022.

Analysts have forecast revenue of over $6.6bn (ยฃ4.8bn) for the Pfizer/BioNTech shot in 2023, according to Reuters, mostly from boosters.โ€

EVERYTHING THEY ARE DOING NOW DEPENDS ON *YOU* BELIEVING THAT IT'S ACTUALLY NECESSARY. (AND WE ALREADY KNOW THAT IT ISN'T).

Here's Sweden's total mortality levels in the last 18 months compared to the previous 30 years.

Can you detect the world-shaking emergency that requires overhauling society, lockdowns, masks, and mandatory vaccines and a bio-apartheid society?

In all of 2020, the left-wing media RELENTLESSLY demonized Sweden (for not locking down, having virtually 0% of people wear masks). They desperately NEEDED YOU to believe that Sweden's policy was a "disaster", that it was "unethical" and claimed how they were determined to kill their whole population, and articles claimed how Sweden was a "failed experiment" etc. etc.

THEY NEEDED YOU TO BELIEVE THAT NOT LOCKING DOWN AND WEARING MASKS WOULD RESULT IN AN ENORMOUS DEATH TOLL.

This is what's called a PROPAGANDA campaign.

How do you know it's propaganda rather than scientific truth? Simple: Look at the data for yourself!

Here's the TRUTH, which you can verify for yourself on any data tracking site:

Sweden has had only a tiny bump in excess mortality in 2020 (well within NORMAL year-to-year variation, and one of the LOWEST bumps in all of Europe).

And they've had NO BUMP AT ALL if you consider the lower than average mortality in the year prior.

In 2021, they've had virtually zero covid deaths for months, and most importantly, ZERO % excess overall mortality.

Those are the FACTS.

__________

Everything they are doing right now depends upon making a large portion of the population believe that THE ONLY WAY we can possibly get through this pandemic is by:

* Lockdowns
* Masks
* Vaccines forced on the whole population
* Vaccine passports (and denying basic freedoms to the unvaccinated)

Yet, even a BASIC level of awareness of the data in places that are NOT doing these things (and comparing it to places that have done them) shows very clearly that this claim is TOTALLY FALSE.

Look at the data from Sweden below.

Does it appear to you that there was some horrible disaster that took place as a result of not locking down and wearing masks, and a large chunk of their population died?

Or does it appear that they are having perfectly NORMAL levels of mortality in 2020-2021?

Which seems closer to reality? LOOK AT THE DATA! WHICH ONE IS IT?!

They have one of the lower mortality rates in all of Europe -- much lower than the vast majority of countries that implemented strict lockdowns, strict mask mandates, and have vaccinated far more of their population.

In science, to justify something (particularly when it comes to mass restructuring of society), you actually need hard data definitively PROVING that doing those things actually WORKS. And that not doing them leads to disaster.

That data does not exist.

The claim that we can only get through this pandemic is by lockdowns, masks, and vaccine passports is simply FALSE. It is propaganda that is unsupported by the evidence.
