I was driving north bound on hwy 35 and 4 troopers and 3 state swat vehicles and state patrol swat buses passed me!

I wonder if Phil was trying to tell us back on 11/3 about the assassination attempt coming. “Suits” being “the men in black / Secret Service” planning all the assassination attempts and “Graze” meaning the bullet will not kill him, only graze him bcuz Q knows the plan. Same with JFK.
