Waqf Kya Hai?
Permanent Donation: Jab koi apni property (zameen ya building) hamesha ke liye religious ya charitable kaam ke liye donate kar deta hai, toh usey Waqf kehte hain.
Dedication to God: Ye property "khuda ke naam" hoti hai aur isse jo income aati hai, wo gareebon ki madad, schools, ya mosques chalane mein kaam aati hai.
Waqif: Jo banda property donate karta hai usey 'Waqif' kehte hain. Interesting baat ye hai ki wo person non-Muslim bhi ho sakta hai, bas endowment ke waqt Islamic beliefs follow hone chahiye.
Management aur Creation
Survey: Survey Commissioner pehle zameen ki jaanch karta hai aur phir usey Waqf record mein daala jata hai.
Mutawalli: Iska manager ya caretaker hota hai.
Trust vs Waqf: Indian Trusts Act ke andar bane trusts dissolve (khatam) ho sakte hain, lekin Waqf permanent hota hai. Ek baar Waqf ban gaya toh usey aam zameen ki tarah becha nahi ja sakta.
Role of Waqf Boards
State-level Body: Har state mein ek Waqf Board hota hai jo in properties ko manage karta hai aur encroachment (kabze) se bachata hai.
Central Waqf Council (CWC): Ye 1964 mein bani thi aur sabhi state boards ko advise karti hai.
### Current Context (2025 Amendment)
* Supreme Court ne Waqf (Amendment) Act, 2025 par puri tarah stay lagane se mana kar diya hai, lekin kuch "arbitrary" (manmaane) lagne wale provisions par filhaal rok laga di hai.
Key Facts (Data Point)
India mein Railways aur Defence ke baad Waqf Boards sabse bade landholders hain.
India mein lagbhag 8.72 lakh registered Waqf properties hain jo 8 lakh acres se zyada area cover karti hain.
Inse saal bhar mein lagbhag ₹200 crore ki income hoti hai.

Government ne Waqf (Amendment) Act, 2025 ke zariye system mein kaafi bade badlav kiye hain. Inka main maqsad transparency badhana aur management ko behtar karna hai.
Pichle saal jo major changes propose/implement hue, wo yeh hain
1. Central Government ka Control**
Pehle state boards ke paas kaafi zyada powers thi. Ab Central Government ko powers di gayi hain ki wo Waqf properties ke liye rules bana sake aur survey ka process monitor kar sake.
### 2. Board mein Diversity (Women & Non-Muslims)
Ye ek bada change hai. Ab State Waqf Boards aur Central Waqf Council mein women ka hona mandatory kar diya gaya hai. Saath hi, boards mein non-Muslim members ko bhi jagah di ja sakti hai taaki decision-making zyada inclusive ho.
### 3. 'Waqf by User' ka khatam hona
Pehle agar kisi zameen par lambe samay se namaz ho rahi ho ya kabristan ho, toh usey "Waqf by user" maan liya jata tha (bina kisi written document ke). Naye badlav ke mutabiq, ab sirf wahi property Waqf hogi jiska valid document (Waqf-nama) hoga.
### 4. District Collector ki Power
Pehle Waqf Board khud decide kar leta tha ki kaunsi zameen unki hai. Ab naye law ke mutabiq, agar zameen ke malikana haq (ownership) par koi vivad (dispute) hai, toh District Collector jaanch karega aur final report dega.
### 5. Registration Process
Ab har Waqf property ka registration ek Central Portal par hona zaroori hai. Isse "shadow properties" ya benami zameenon par lagaam lagegi.
6. Inheritance (Wirasat) ke Rules
Pehle koi bhi apni saari property Waqf kar sakta tha. Ab ye rule laya gaya hai ki koi vyakti apni property ka wahi hissa donate kar sakta hai jo uske legal heirs (warison) ke haq ko nuksan na pahunchaye.
7. Income ka use
Waqf se hone wali income ko ab zyada transparency ke saath education aur women empowerment jaise kaamon mein kharch karne par zor diya gaya hai.
Current Status: Jaisa aapne image mein dekha, Supreme Court ne is par stay nahi lagaya hai, par wo iski bariki se jaanch kar raha hai taaki kisi ke fundamental rights ka halla na ho.

Indian Ports Act, 2025 ke baare mein hai, jo puraane 1908 ke act ko replace karta hai. Iska main maqsad India ke port management ko modern banana hai. 🚢✨
Niche iske main points ka breakdown diya gaya hai:
1. Indian Ports Act, 2025 kya hai? 🤔
Yeh 1908 ke puraane Act ko replace karta hai taaki regulations ko aaj ke time ke hisaab se "modern aur contemporary" banaya ja sake. 🔄
Isse ports ka administration zyada efficient hoga. ⚙️
2. Key Highlights (Main Baatein) 💡
Port Officers: Ab ek Conservator appoint kiya jayega (by the state government). Yeh officer vessel movement, fees collection, disease control, aur penalties handle karega. 👮♂️
State Maritime Boards: Inhe legally empower kiya gaya hai taaki yeh Non-Major Ports (chhote ports) ko manage kar sakein (planning, tariff, aur safety norms). 📜
MSDC (Maritime State Development Council): Isse "Statutory Status" (legal power) di gayi hai. 🏛️
Iska Chairperson Union Minister for Ports, Shipping and Waterways hota hai.
Kaam: Central government ko port planning aur connectivity par advice dena. 💬
Dispute Resolution: Agar koi jhagda hota hai, toh states Dispute Resolution Committees (DRCs) banayengi. Agar wahan baat nahi bani, toh appeal seedha High Court mein jayegi. ⚖️
Tariff (Fees): Major ports ke liye unka Board fees decide karega, aur non-major ports ke liye State Maritime Boards ya concessionaires decide karenge. 💰
3. India mein Ports ka Status (Important Facts) 📊
Economy: India ka 95% cargo volume aur 70% value ports ke zariye hi hota hai (EXIM - Export/Import). 📦🌍
Numbers: India mein 14 major ports hain (jisme se 12 abhi operation mein hain) aur lagbhag 200 non-major (minor) ports hain. 🔢
Control: * Major Ports: Inhe Central Government (Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways) control karti hai. 🏢
Non-Major Ports: Inhe State Governments ya State Maritime Boards handle karte hain. 🏘️
Map mein dikhaye gaye 12 Major Ports: 🗺️

"Digital India" ka payment ecosystem poora ecosystem samjhate hain ...
In sabhi methods ko control karne wali main body NPCI hai. Chalo, ek-ek karke sabka scene samajhte hain:
### 1. NPCI (The Boss)
Full Form: National Payments Corporation of India.
* Scene: Ye Bharat mein saare digital retail payments ka "Umbrella Organization" hai. Ise RBI aur Indian Banks' Association (IBA) ne milkar banaya hai. UPI, RuPay, IMPS—ye sab NPCI ke hi bachhe hain.
### 2. UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
Ye aaj kal ka sabse popular method hai.
* Normal UPI: Aapke bank account se directly paisa kat-ta hai. Ismein aapko har transaction par UPI PIN dalna padta hai. Ye real-time (turant) paisa bhejta hai.
* UPI Lite: Ye chhote transactions (jaise ₹500 tak) ke liye hai. Ismein aap ek "On-device wallet" mein paise add karte ho aur bina PIN dale fast payment kar sakte ho. Isse bank statement mein chhote-chhote transactions ki bheed nahi hoti.
* UPI Wallet (Prepaid Instruments): Jaise Paytm ya PhonePe wallet. Ismein aap bank se paisa dalte ho aur phir wahan se kharch karte ho. Ab NPCI ne "Interoperability" la di hai, matlab ek wallet se dusre QR par bhi payment ho sakti hai.
3. IMPS (Immediate Payment Service)
* Scene: Ye 24/7 turant paisa bhejne ki suvidha hai.
* Kaise alag hai?: UPI isi ke upar bana hai, lekin IMPS mein aapko Account Number aur IFSC code ki zaroorat padti hai (ya Mobile Number + MMID). Iski limit zyadatar ₹5 lakh tak hoti hai.
### 4. NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer)
* Scene: Ye thoda "chill" system hai. Ismein paisa turant nahi jata, balki Batches mein jata hai (har aadhe ghante mein ek batch settle hota hai).
* Limit: Iski koi minimum ya maximum limit nahi hai (lekin banks apni limit set kar sakte hain). Badi payments ke liye ye safe mana jata hai.
### 5. RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement)
* Scene: Ye banking ka "Heavyweight" hai.
* Condition: Ye sirf tabhi use hota hai jab aapko ₹2 Lakh ya usse zyada bhejne hon.
* Speed: Ye real-time hai aur "Gross" settlement hota hai, matlab ek-ek transaction turant settle hota hai bina kisi batch ke wait kiye.

Assets ki duniya mein Fungible aur Non-Fungible ka matlab ye decide karta hai ki kisi cheez ko badla (exchange) ja sakta hai ya nahi. Aayo samjhateh reverseupsc k andaz me....
### 1. Fungible Assets (Jo "Badle" ja sakein)
Fungible ka matlab hota hai aisi cheezein jo ek jaisi hoti hain aur jinhe aapas mein exchange kiya ja sakta hai bina kisi nuksan ke.
* Logic: Inki pehchan unki "Value" se hoti hai, unki "Unique Identity" se nahi.
* Best Example (Cash): Agar main tujhe ₹500 ka ek note doon, aur tu mujhe ₹500 ka dusra note ya ₹100-100 ke 5 note wapas kare, toh mujhe koi farq nahi padega. Mere liye ₹500 ki value barabar hai.
* Other Examples: Gold (Sona), Bitcoin, Share market ke shares, ya ek hi company ke ek jaise naye mobile phones.
### 2. Non-Fungible Assets (Jo "Unique" hain)
Non-fungible ka matlab hota hai aisi cheezein jo bilkul unique (anokhi) hoti hain. Aap ek ko dusre se badal nahi sakte kyunki har ek ki apni alag pehchan aur value hoti hai.
* Logic: Inki value inki "Uniqueness" aur "Quality" par depend karti hai.
* Best Example (Mona Lisa ki Painting): Duniya mein Mona Lisa ki asli painting sirf ek hai. Aap use kisi dusri painting se exchange nahi kar sakte, kyunki dusri wali "waisi" nahi hogi.
* Other Examples: * Zameen/Ghar: Do ghar bilkul ek jaise nahi hote, unki location aur size alag ho sakta hai.
* Autographed Ball: Ek normal cricket ball fungible hai, par agar us par Dhoni ke sign hain, toh wo non-fungible ban gayi.
* NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens): Digital art ya videos jinhe blockchain par unique banaya jata hai.
Ek Real-Life Example se Samjho:
* Fungible: Tu theatre gaya aur tune "Standard" seat ki ticket li. Tu kisi bhi standard seat par baith jaye, baat ek hi hai.
* Non-Fungible: Tune "Seat No. A-12" book ki. Ab tu sirf usi par baithega, kyunki wo unique hai aur tune usi specific seat ke liye pay kiya hai.
Summary: Bhai, agar cheez "mass-produced" aur "ek jaisi" hai toh wo Fungible hai. Agar cheez "one-of-a-kind" aur "khas" hai toh wo Non-Fungible hai.
