Minato Yukina is a first-year student at Yotsuba Women's University and the leader of and vocalist for Roselia. She is a powerful vocalist, sparking the admiration of the other Roselia members, as well as the other people around her. Yukina has sharp, gold eyes and long silver hair worn loose with some type of black butterfly hairclip decoration. Her long forelocks rest over her shoulders, and her bangs just reach her eyes.

Soyo has long, waist-length light brown hair and grayish-blue eyes, often supporting a gentle expression on her face. Her original band outfit consisted of a white turtleneck sweater with black cuffs, a black belt with a silver buckle, and a deep blue skirt with a long outer mesh layer. Her shoes are black with a chartreuse yellow cross on each. In her casual outfit, she wears a blue-white blouse with short, puffy sleeves and a frilly neckline, a cream-colored skirt with small flower patterns, and a thin brown necklace with a star charm on it.

Maruyama Aya is a first-year student at Yotsuba Women's University and the leader of and vocalist for Pastel*Palettes. She also works part-time at the fast-food store with Kanon. Aya has always admired idols ever since she was young, and the reason she wanted to become an idol was because of the idol group Marmalade's lead, Ayumi. Aya then spent three years being a trainee idol before she was chosen to become the lead singer for Pastel*Palettes.

Ever since they were young, Hina has always bested Sayo in everything, in simple things such as seeing who can swing higher in the playing ground's swings, to more complex things like test scores. Whereas Hina can master new skills with ease, Sayo requires a great deal of information before she can even begin to practice. As a result, Sayo formed a severe inferiority complex towards Hina. One of Sayo's main reasons for starting to play the guitar was because "it was something Hina wasn't doing".

Mashiro was first shown in Girls Band Party! Main Story 2 Chapter 8. Poppin'Party finds her at CiRCLE and recognizes her as the girl they talked to after the mini-concert (which is shown in Chapter 3 of Morfonica's First Band Story). Kasumi and the others approach her as she looks at her flyer she made for recruiting band members before taking it down and saying she didn't find being in a band as enjoyable as she imagined it would be. Feeling dejected, she states she'll never come back to CiRCLE, goes away and leaves Poppin'Party in a bewildered state.

Ako is shown to have chuunibyou tendencies and illusions of grandeur and magical powers. Rinko suspects this is the result of her playing online games frequently. She enjoys playing the role while keeping a realistic mentality. However, she tends to sometimes stumble on her words when she's not sure what to say while doing this. Ako is a cheerful and noisy girl. Although she's only two years younger than the other Roselia members, Ako is treated like the kid sister by the other characters due to her childlike appearance and personality. She is also a very hardworking and passionate drummer, though she may be bad at schoolwork.

When Anon was in middle school, she was the student council president and was known as a popular and talented girl, however she had no close friends and everyone referred to her with her last name. Due to the aforementioned facts, her schoolmates would constantly put her on a pedestal. Near the end of ninth grade, she had expressed an interest in attending a high school in England as a foreign exchange student. However, while there, she realized how inferior she was in contrast to everyone, and she was also very bothered by the fact that everybody, including teachers, referred to her as "Ann" and not Anon

Tsugumi views herself as the most normal girl in the band. She is a very hardworking and optimistic person who rarely gets discouraged, and her optimism buoys the other members' spirits. However, she can easily get flustered and tends to panic when dealing with new people. She is humble almost to a fault, as her modesty often leads her to downplay her own achievements and have difficulty being confident in her skills.

During her 3rd year of middle school, after seeing Morfonica perform at the Tsukinomori Music Festival, Sakiko became a big fan of them and was influenced to create a band of her own. She then had a chance meeting with Tomori. Sakiko composed a song from one of Tomori's notes and then invited her to create a band with her, which led to Sakiko becoming the leader, composer, and keyboardist of CRYCHIC. However, after their first and only live performance, Sakiko became distraught after reading something on her phone, and later told the others that she was leaving the band. Her departure led to the complete dissolution of CRYCHIC

Nanami lives together with her parents in a big house with an atelier, where the band practices. Her mother is a painter, while her father is a sculptor. Her parents are known for their artistic talents, but also for being quirky and odd, and as a result, Nanami doesn't want others to interact with them. She also has a grandmother who believes in weird superstitions, such as "if one stands in the middle of a photo, their soul gets stolen." Nanami is also somewhat superstitious as a result.
