Take your shoes off.
No, really.
Touch the Earth again.
Because what they never told you is that grounding—Earthing—isn’t just “healthy,” it’s holy.
It’s electromagnetic resurrection.
It’s nervous system repair.
It’s communion with the living body of the Earth that birthed yours.
When your bare feet hit soil, sand, or stone,
your body begins exchanging electrons with the Earth.
Literal healing currents start to flow.
Inflammation decreases.
Cortisol balances.
Cellular communication harmonizes.
Organs realign.
Why?
Because the Earth is intelligent—and your body is coded to receive Her signals.
Reflexology maps every organ in your body to pressure points in your feet.
That means walking barefoot is a full-body massage from the inside out.
You’re not just “grounding.”
You’re reconnecting every major system—endocrine, nervous, digestive, immune—to the original grid.
In ancient times, people walked barefoot because they never lost contact with Source.
We started wearing rubber soles—and stopped receiving energy.
We built cities on concrete—and lost the temple of our own bodies.
We became insulated from life—and called it “progress.”
But now we remember.
Walk barefoot.
On the grass.
On the sand.
In the forest.
Anywhere the Earth is real and raw.
Let Her recalibrate you.
Let your soles bring your soul back into rhythm.
Because your healing isn’t up there.
It’s right beneath your feet.
~ Yeshua B.Y.

✨👁✨Plant these 3 things together. I always aim to create diverse plant communities
within my vegetable garden and a companion planting I use every season is lettuce, spring onion and marigolds!
Lettuce is a low growing crop and acts as a good
ground cover, retaining moisture in the soil.
I then plant spring onions in the gaps in between as
they grow tall and thin and do not compete for space
with the lettuce, which maximising the productivity of the bed.
Every couple rows I then leave space to plant
marigolds as they help to deter pests, such as non
beneficial nematodes, cut worm and even aphids,
helping to improve the g rowing environment for the
other plants
They can even act as trap crops, drawing slugs away
from the lettuce and they also add a lot of colour and
beauty to the garden bed too. 🙏
