Rapeseed oil is not suitable for human consumption.

Rapeseed oil is the latest way to thoroughly disrupt human digestion and metabolism, as it replaces sunflower oil. Clever media outlets are now using wars as an excuse to create a large market for cheap but harmful rapeseed oil, but this has nothing to do with health.

The problem with rapeseed oil lies in the fact that it is cheap to produce. It is important to know that rapeseed oil should never be heated. Heating during the production process and in households causes the natural omega-3 fatty acids in rapeseed oil to be converted into unnatural trans fats.

These trans fats cause fat degeneration in organs such as the heart, kidneys, adrenal glands, and thyroid, greatly increasing the risk of high blood pressure and strokes.

Although many people know that refined sugars are unhealthy, few realize that refined oils are up to 20 times more harmful than refined sugars. The long-chain fatty acids in rapeseed oil, also known as canola oil, cause severe damage to the fatty compounds surrounding nerve tissue. This has an aggravating effect on a wide range of neurological disorders resulting from motor conflicts and can even affect vision.


It is indeed remarkable that the rapeseed oil industry is not subject to a lengthy approval process, including medical research on humans.

Natural oils do not occur naturally in large quantities as a food source. This contrasts with saturated fat and cholesterol, which occur in larger quantities in certain food sources, such as colostrum, which contains 50% saturated fat and cholesterol for newborn babies. The fact that Mother Nature ensures that newborn babies consume extra cholesterol and saturated fat raises questions about the alleged harmfulness of cholesterol to our health, as claimed by the medical world.

Coconut oil, with almost 99.5% saturated fat, is another example. The triglycerides in coconut oil are easily converted in the digestive system into valuable free fatty acids and monoglycerides, which keep the blood vessels clean and clear.

Returning to rapeseed oil: oils are generally more difficult to digest than saturated fatty acids, and refined oils cause even more digestive problems.

Metabolism can be disrupted because the plasma membranes in the tissues become thicker, stiffer, and stickier as a result of refined oils, with canola oil considered the most harmful. For healthy metabolism, it is crucial that plasma membranes remain supple and porous, which is promoted by essential omega fatty acids (especially 3 and 6).

This allows sugar molecules to move freely to the mitochondria to generate energy. However, consuming heated oils (as opposed to cold-pressed oils and saturated fats) causes plasma membranes to lose their healthy fatty acids and absorb harmful trans fatty acids, resulting in a loss of elasticity.

This is an aggravating factor in diabetes, heart disease, and obesity. The liver must convert unabsorbed sugar into fat, which ultimately leads to exhaustion of the body at the tissue level due to lack of energy. In addition, it causes oxidative stress, whereby the adrenal glands start to produce excessive stress hormones, leading to mood swings and depression - something that is certainly recognizable in our society.

Every organ, system, and tissue in the body is adversely affected by one simple mistake in our eating habits. In general, the consumption of all refined oils is toxic to the body, with rapeseed oil being the worst. The idea that we can create better food than nature is a major misconception that has led to food being turned into a weapon of mass destruction.
