Südtiroler Sanitätsbetrieb bringt das Leben und die Gesundheit unsere Kinder mit unglaublichen Falschinformationen in Gefahr - Umgehendes Handeln ist erforderlich!
Mit dem größten Unverständnis mussten wir feststellen, dass der Südtiroler Sanitätsbetrieb nach wie vor gröbste Falschinformationen verbreitet, mit welchen die Gesundheit und das Leben unserer Kinder einem enormen Risiko ausgesetzt werden.
In meiner Eigenschaft als Rechtsanwältin, Vorstandsmitglied von Children’s Health Defense und Koordinatorin von VITA Südtirol habe ich am vergangenen Samstag den Südtiroler Sanitätsbetrieb und die Südtiroler Ärztekammer per elektronischem Einschreiben aufgefordert, umgehend diese grobe Falschinformation und generell die auch strafrechtliche Verletzung von ihnen auferlegten Pflichten sofort einzustellen. Siehe anbei die an den Sanitätsbetrieb und die Ärztekammer ergangene Aufforderung.
Wir werden ohne Einhalt weitere rechtliche Aktionen auf allen Ebenen einleiten und wir werden nicht akzeptieren, dass die Südtiroler Justiz komplett in Passivität verharrt, wie es bis dato leider der Fall ist und einer groben Verletzung der ihr von der Verfassung der Republik Italien auferlegten Pflichten entspricht.

L’Azienda Sanitaria mette ad alto rischio salute e vita dei ns. bambini con la diffusione di gravissime falsità – è assolutamente necessario un intervento immediato!
"Con la massima incomprensione abbiamo constatato che l’Azienda Sanitaria continua a diffondere gravissime falsità che mettono pericolosamente a grave rischio la salute e vita dei nostri bambini.
Nella mia qualità di avvocato, membro del Direttivo di Children’s Health Defense Europe e coordinatrice di VITA Sudtirolo ho inviato sabato scorso alla Direzione Generale dell’Azienda Sanitaria e alla Presidenza dell’Ordine dei Medici del Sudtirolo, via PEC, un’intimazione affinché cessino con effetto immediato la gravissima disinformazione e violazione in generale (anche penalmente rilevante) di obblighi a loro imposti dal Legislatore. Vedi in allegato.
Intraprenderemo senza sosta ulteriori azioni legali e non accetteremo, che la Giustizia locale rimanga totalmente passiva come, purtroppo, ad oggi ha fatto in altrettanto grave violazione di obblighi ad essa impartiti dalla Costituzione della Repubblica Italiana.
