La Corte Suprema del Florida ha accolto ieri la richiesta del Governatore De Santis per l’istituzione di una Grand Jury per accertare le violazioni commesse in connessione alla commercializzazione e inoculazione dei cosiddetti “vaccini”-Covid-19… questo è il primo importante passo per arrivare a livello mondiale all’accertamento del più grande crimine contro l’umanità dopo la seconda guerra mondiale! Ho già ripetutamente comunicato che allo stato non c’è alcuna necessità ossia opportunità di agire in giudizio avverso l’addebito della multa di Euro 100 comminata agli over 50 non spikerati. Condivido pienamente al riguardo l’opinione del collega Alessandro Fusillo che qui sotto riporto.

ANCORA SULLE MULTE AGLI ULTRACINQUANTENNI
Continuano a circolare notizie errate sulle multe agli ultracinquantenni e alle altre categorie obbligate al siero sperimentale e sulla loro impugnazione.
Con l’approvazione dell’emendamento al decreto-legge 162/2022 tutti gli avvisi di addebito verranno sospesi e con essi anche tutti i termini collegati e la riscossione (esecuzione forzata). Ovviamente questo vale anche per quelli che hanno già ricevuto gli avvisi di addebito. Impugnare le multe oggi, quando tra una settimana verranno sospese, è, oltre che inutile, anche rischioso perché è possibile che i ricorsi vengano dichiarati inammissibili e che si venga condannati a pagare le spese legali.
L’impugnazione degli avvisi di addebito non va fatta con la procedura dell’opposizione a sanzione amministrativa (ricorso al giudice di pace) ma con atto di citazione. Pertanto, non c’è un termine di scadenza per l’impugnazione e non è il caso di preoccuparsi. Infatti, negli avvisi non è indicato alcun termine di scadenza per l’impugnazione, come sarebbe obbligatorio in base alle norme sul procedimento amministrativo.
Non è vero che l’emendamento sospende solo la notifica delle comunicazioni di avvio del procedimento sanzionatorio (prima raccomandata), ma si riferisce a tutta la procedura compresa la riscossione (esecuzione forzata).
Da quando sarà approvato l’emendamento l’Agenzia delle Entrate Riscossione non potrà fare più nulla e tutti i termini (sia quelli per l’amministrazione sia quelli per i cittadini) saranno sospesi fino al 30 giugno 2023.
Pertanto, chi ha ricevuto la notifica dell’avviso di addebito non deve fare nulla fino al 30 giugno 2023. Ovviamente gli avvisi NON vanno pagati perché anche il termine di sessanta giorni per il pagamento è sospeso.
Se l’emendamento non dovesse passare, cosa molto improbabile, e se per il 30 giugno dell’anno prossimo non dovessero aver annullato definitivamente, come promesso, le multe, metteremo a disposizione di tutti uno schema di citazione con le istruzioni su come impugnare gli avvisi di addebito senza doversi rivolgere ad un avvocato.
Ora bisogna attendere. Precipitarsi ad ascoltare i consigli di chi non ha approfondito la materia e non ha alcuna esperienza in proposito è rischioso e inutile.

Facts About Grand Juries Everyone Should Know😊
Grand Juries are independent courts of inquiry.
What does this mean?
Grand Juries, once impaneled, are independent of any branch of the government.
This is so they can investigate any branch of the government without obstruction, restriction, or undue influence.
As such, Grand Juries decide what they will investigate and have the independent power to expand the scope of their investigation beyond what they were initially impaneled to investigate.
Grand Juries don't have to ask a judge or DA for permission to investigate anything potentially criminal.
This is confirmed by the recent Florida Supreme Court Order for case SC22-1710.
" The matters to be inquired into are any offense listed in section 905.34 that:
...other criminal activity or wrongdoing that the statewide grand jury uncovers during the course of the investigation if it determines that pursuing the criminal activity or wrongdoing is in the best interests of the investigation;"🔥

November veröffentlicht wurde, sagte Dr. Thiravat Hemachudha - derzeit Leiter des Emerging Infectious Diseases Health Science Centre des thailändischen Roten Kreuzes -, dass es mindestens 25 Fälle von plötzlichem Tod innerhalb einer Woche gegeben hat, nachdem ein Patient einen COVID-19 mRNA-Impfstoff erhalten hatte.
Alle Todesfälle wurden als Folge einer Herzmuskel- oder Herzbeutelentzündung registriert und traten bei Menschen im Alter zwischen 45 und 75 Jahren auf, die einen mRNA-Impfstoff erhalten hatten, so Dr. Hemachudha in seinem Facebook-Post.
Alle 25 Fälle von Herzerkrankungen wurden bei Autopsien bestätigt, die innerhalb einer Woche nach der COVID-19 mRNA-Impfung durchgeführt wurden.
Die tatsächliche Zahl der Menschen, die an diesen beiden Herzkrankheiten leiden, könnte jedoch viel höher sein als die offiziell erfassten, da frühere, weltweit durchgeführte Studien zum Zusammenhang zwischen der mRNA-Impfung und diesen Herzkrankheiten allesamt retrospektive Untersuchungen waren, bei denen der plötzliche Tod nicht berücksichtigt wurde, warnte er.
