You’ll be responsible for calling leads that respond online within 5 MINUTES and following-up consistently with ones who don't answer.

You will also be responsible for text follow-up and outbound messaging to book appointments as well as the collection of patient information and a small payment over the phone.

Position Summary:
The purpose of this role is to efficiently convert interested prospects into new patients for Servedia clients through consultative phone sales outreach.

What you’ll be doing…
Day to day, you’ll be selling/scheduling new patient appointments for Servedia Partner clinics through outbound and incoming calls, and following up with leads who have placed inquiries on Facebook and Instagram ads.

You’ll be responsible for calling leads that respond online within 5 MINUTES and following-up consistently with ones who don't answer.

You will also be responsible for text follow-up and outbound messaging to book appointments as well as the collection of patient information and a small payment over the phone.

DISQUALIFIERS:
Please DO NOT apply to this position if you:

- Have less than 1 year of phone sales experience
- Have been in sales for a long time and are looking for a job where you can “coast to the finish line”
- Don’t have the drive and ability to self-motivate
- Have no interest in being competitive and winning
- Don't care about making a huge impact on other people's lives
