She is a communications expert from Silicon Valley and she runs Tekiz Youtube channel about technology and startups. Last week I recorded a video about company values. Buffer has been preaching tranparency for years and they have taken it to the altimate extreme last year by making their team members' salaries public.

And by public, I mean they published every employee's salary online with names and the exact amount. I haven't seen this kind of transparency before. It is definitely setting a precedent for other companies.
