99 Day Juice Fast - Begins April 25th
The day has arrived for us all to embark on a journey into the unknown.
This journey will require courage, trust, strength and perseverance.
Courage can be seen as tolerating uncertainty while trusting the outcome.
There will be many uncertain moments during this fast and hence the importance of having a support group like this to put our minds at ease.
So make sure you check in regularly to share your experience and any problems you are encountering, so we can provide guidance and support during this period.
There are 2 live chats - one for the US time zone and the other for the Australian time zone. (Tuesday 6pm Melbourne time)
If that is too overwhelming to share your experience then we have Healing is a Feeling Chat as well.
I think it will be a great experience listening to all the different ways everyone will be utilising the 99 days.
We have some people doing the whole 99 days on juice only, others doing juice and urine, then some doing some dry fasting and water fasting added to the mix.
Then there is adding herbal tinctures to the mix with psyllium husk and bentonite clay.
Also water and urine enemas.
Then there are many who are eliminating one specific item out of their diet whether it's a specific food like cheese or a beverage like coffee.
Let's have everyone share what they experienced from this process.
Let's make this 99 days (Most High) a fun process and not allow fear to take hold of us.
Our limitations are only beliefs that we have accepted as the truth.
So it's only our beliefs and mind that will prevent us from achieving the desired results from this juice fast.
Avoid being in fear (and people stuck in fear), surrender to the healing experience and to the present moment through focusing on your breath.
We want to be in a state of love, gratitude and appreciation for this healing experience.
God won't give us something that we aren't capable of doing.
Your intuition has gently guided you to what is achievable for this 99 days.
So if we want to change our beliefs we must change our perception and open our minds to everything. (Especially with health)
Just like when we first came across the concept of urine therapy.
Our old belief system would reject it and not be open to the concept.
However, once we change our perception to being open to everything, we can then begin to reprogram our minds with absolute truth.
See it doesn't matter what we consciously want to change in our lives, it's what our subconscious mind will allow us to do.
We must continue to question every belief we have and if it doesn't survive the ultimate truth test, then it must be replaced.
Lowering our brainwave state to theta through meditation, hypnosis and even plant medicine will assist with this process.
That's why breath control and breathing is so important during this fasting period as it's your breath that is the gateway to the astral plane and that's where the mind is located.
It's through breath control that you gain control of your thoughts and hence your mood.
Through breath control, you gain self control, through breath mastery you gain self mastery.
As explained on the last live chat, (and I have a detailed pdf on meditation and breath control on my channel "The Divine 52 Intervention", think of the breath as like a ski lift.
The key to life is rhythm and control.
It is said that God has a hard time hearing your prayers if they aren’t rhythmic
Breathe in. Breathe out.
There is no pause in the breath.
Pausing at the end of an inhalation is a natural response to mental stress.
See your breathing pattern as like a ski lift going up and down the mountain.
The speed is the same the entire time and it doesn’t pause.
We have a remote control to slow the speed of the ski lift.
That’s how we must picture our rhythmic breathing pattern.
When we have total control of our inner ski lift (breathing circuit) we can control every thought we have and every action we take.
Our emotional state changes which in turn raises our vibration.

Just keep in mind it's the ego that will be our greatest obstacle in letting the old go as the ego can only operate from these old belief systems.
It will fight to the very end to keep what you have in your life going.
So, just like in the Bhagavad Gita, we must fight the ego and the demonic qualities inside of us with our divine qualities and climb the top of the mountain where our attachments are left behind.
The higher you climb, the less attachments you can bring with you and the greater importance on breath control.
Let's claim victory in our minds first and then surrender to the journey in front of us, knowing that we can handle anything that comes our way.

The physical world consumes our minds
Leaving little space for the divine
We forget the beauty in the stars
And how a universe in us, is ours
In a land far away and long ago
There lived two creatures,
You don't yet know
Their ways were different, and so their balance.
One called Gluttony, the other Temperance.
Gluttony loved to feast all day
On all kinds of foods and in every way
From sugary sweets to savory meats
He ate and ate, never missed a beat
Temperance, on the other hand
Was quite restrained, you understand
She ate what she needed, nothing more
For her, moderation was the score
Gluttony scoffed at Temperance's ways
"You're missing out on all the tasty arrays!"
But Temperance calmly replied,
"I eat what I need, and so I abide."
Gluttony grew larger day by day
His love of food led him astray
He couldn't move, couldn't even run
His excess had finally begun.
Temperance remained healthy and strong
She knew that balance was never wrong.
She exercised and ate in moderation
A true model of self-restraint in her nation.
So let this tale be a lesson to all
Of the dangers of gluttony's call
Follow in Temperance's steps, my friend
And a healthy life you will extend.
In our childhood, food was an imaginative delight,
Filled with stories and magical sight,
Every meal was a feast for the senses,
With flavors and colors that left no defenses.
We feasted on stories of enchanted lands,
And ate food that was cooked by fairy hands,
Our imagination soared with every bite,
As we savored every moment of our delight.
But as we grew up, things changed fast,
Our focus shifted, and our innocence passed,
Materialism took over, and physicality ruled,
As we chased after things, that left us fooled.
Food became a commodity, a means to an end,
Something to be consumed, and not to befriend,
We forgot the magic, the joy, and the thrill,
And our taste buds lost their power to thrill.
Gone were the stories, the wonder, and the awe,
As we gobbled down food, without any pause,
But somewhere inside, a spark still burned bright,
A longing for something that felt just right.
So let us go back, to our childhood days,
And savor the food, in imaginative ways,
Let us reclaim the magic, the joy, and the thrill,
And let our taste buds, once again, feel.
For food is more than just a physical thing,
It's a reminder of the joy, that childhood can bring.
