I had a kamut pasta the other day after a salad when I needed a cooked meal I had no bad breath the next morning or crazy dehydrated feeling.

*Notice it says 1 gallon daily of natural spring water.
There are so many reasons for this I know its daunting to drink so much but you gotta do it.
Wont take long trying and you will see why❤️

I prefer to stick with this list. And avoid all oils, nuts/seeds and overt fats (avocado, coconut, etc.) if you're wanting to detox. Just stick with the fruits section and leafy green salads for optimal detox. https://t.me/DearHippocrates/24

virtue to gluttony is TEMPERANCE
Temperance or self-control is one of the fruits the Holy Spirit brings when He indwells believers (Galatians 5:22). It is impossible to live godly lives and please the Lord without self-control because our flesh wants only to please itself (Romans 7:21–25). Romans 13:14 warns us to “make no provision for the flesh and its lusts.” However, some people mistakenly believe that temperance means we can dabble in sin as long as we are not overcome by it. That’s not what this verse says. It implies that along with temperance we exercise caution and wisdom. When we desire to please the Lord, we will stay far away from anything that has the appearance of evil. Living temperate lives does not mean we can commit sin as long as it is only a little bit.

. NON-TOXIC RELATIONSHIPS
What you put into your body is important.  But so is who you choose to spend with.
Relationships, particularly the intimate kind, can be the greatest source of joy and pain that we experience in our life time.  For this reason, it is very important to surround yourself with positive, loving and uplifting people wherever possible.
Your relationships include everything from your spouse, family and friends, to your co-workers and colleagues.
Every single person you invite into your life has an effect on you and it can either lift you up or bring you down, so it’s important to be thoughtful about the people you choose to spend time with.
Be conscious of toxic relationships that weigh you down and ask yourself what you can do to contribute to the healing of those broken relationships if they're important to you.  If you feel you've done all you can to help a toxic relationship get back on track but it's not getting any better, sometimes it's best to end the relationship for the emotional wellbeing of everyone involved.
Be grateful for those who you share your life with and recognise your role in a relationship and what you positively bring.  The more positive, appreciative and uplifting you are, the more it tends to rub off on those around you.
Put yourself in healthy environments and spend time around positive people.  This can help you be the best version of yourself and allow you to forge new friendships and connections with people who are on a similar life path as you.

Hello healing family!
I'm back after nearly a week on a rainbow healing retreat on a plum and apple orchid in the east german countryside. There was about 20 people there all camping together around a sacred fire.

It was amazing to be under the stars every night listening to the birds and sun gazing.

We had a spring nearby so I was drinking nearly 4 litres per day of water I wanted to see what would happen and I lost my appetite! Needed to nap and was soooooo blissing out was crazy.

These retreats are by donation or exchange and are electronic drug and alcohol free.
I didnt know anyone there beforehand.

I offered massages and played guitar mantras and prayer singalong songs from all over the world.

I focused on the kitchen
it was a stretch to do all fruit for many there were not ready so I devised a menu like this.

Because of the spring and the orchid fruit and water were available freely
Dinner was a huge salads with lots of raw vegetables herbs and lemon juice to dress.
some small amount of cooked vegetables.
Sometime with kamut OR cooked chickpeas or beans.
Were an option to add to the salad.

No oils salt or sugar.

Lunch at midday was a raw soaked overnight meal of nuts and seeds.
This is a great option for those in transition. It is also claimed to be the preferred meal of Daniels in the bible. Called "pulse"
They loved this meal.

First of all get a big bowl of water or cold herbal tea I did very strong cold nettle teas to soak the ingredients overnight.

Heart sharing circles are everyone sitting or laying in a circle we pass a stick around for people to share anything and everything that they are experiencing personally no specific topic initially.
Agreeing to authenticity and sharing as a collective mind so tuning into the flow of the group just what is being felt in that moment and no more trusting the group process that the next topic with come. Often silent group meditation when required.

So it was amazing again to take part I feel extra loved and in peace after this we finished with an ecstatic dance raw cacao ceremony.

I am sharing this because we always "reknow" so much better about how to feel for humanity and the future in nature enjoying each other.

I would love to do this process with all of you in person to see all your smiling faces.

It reminded me how if we get out of our own ways, we can make heaven on earth right here & right now it's so so so simple.

It's okay for a few months to go deeper than you can hold and feel comfortable. BUT NOT LONGER
Find the level that you are comfortable in on a permanent basis.
Otherwise can do more harm than good.
