My routine at the moment is a little new and it's working well so I though i might share here for anyone looking to try it.

So I start the day with water About half a liter. Then I find an exciting juicy fruit a good portion that creates a lot of pee.

Then I loop the urine for about 4 to hours. That means drinking everything I create in that time. I know it seems gross but it's the best in how it stabilizes and regulates the bodies hydration. Consuming it after water and fruit means it really just tastes like water

That gets me to a bout 2pm and then I make a fruit smoothie about a liter with fresh dandilions, chickweed and nettle along with other dried herbs from the liver, bowel, adrenal or kidney lists.
***I inculde a portion of dr sebi seamoss as well.

Then I dry fast till the next day.

Sometimes I'll have an extra water kefir or salad if I need it. In the evening.

The less i consume while feeling comfortable is the goal.
