This is what I use Reknow. Its a lifetime supply! Amazon has this. I also use the same piece for multiple nights, as they get softer, and adhere easily from the warmth of my hand. The specialised product (Myotape) looks a bit overkill to me (and lips will still part if uncovered...)
I have taped my mouth for a few years, can't even really remember why, as I have never been a mouth-breather.🤣
I sleep incredibly well, and taping gives me some kind of all tucked-in secure feeling.
