Day 4 of our winter solstice fast. Today i continued my 2L of mandarina juice followed by more (approx. 10-15) mandarins I’ll juice in my mouth for dinner. I’ll continue this until the water fast starting the 17th. Giving the metabolism a chance to rest while fueling the body. Glucose is the optimal fuel the body is looking for and all extra will be stored in our muscles as glycogen.
