Day 1 of the solstice challenge! Today's lineup for me is fresh pressed apple juice and lots of oranges and mandarins. All aiming to get my body full of glucose and minerals, my muscles full of glycogen and my cells full of hydration. Hydrating fruit cleanses and rejuvenates. Eating life to have life!
