I've had 6 days refeeding after 9 day water fast these are my lessons and reflections.
Energy returned around day 4
All up I was fatigued and restful for 13 days.. played football full power today tho.
Digestion and bowels were like brand new so clean.
slowly starting to reset into a good rhythm taking their time to repopulate.
Got to be patient
I did a lot of watery smoothies.
This is the 4th time I've ever been so clean like this so I know now too respect it. Rebuilding on raw.
not over eat and to be disciplined in good food combining and quality produce.
I did a lot of dates bananas pears.
Salads and soaked walnuts.
On the whole 10 days I experienced to be the perfect length for a tune up and microbiome reset.
In fast Pit stops
I did an enema, salt bath and I would do a salt flush every 3 days of the fast next time rather than just 1 at the end.
Nothing during refeeding.

Winter Solstice Healing Challenge
Hey y'all, Justin here. So I'm setting the intention to do a longer bout of purity and fast for this upcoming solstice. And I'm putting it out there in case anyone wants to join me! Both Pam and Aaron are on board and I think it would be a powerful thing to do as a group. So here's my plan:
-Dec. 5th-16th I'll be 100% water-rich fruit or fresh pressed juice
-Dec. 17th-24th fasting on water only (8 days)
-Dec. 25th-? Potentially continue the water fast if feeling ambitious or break with juice/juicy fruit
Now this is just my plan. I'd invite anyone to participate at whatever extent you feel comfortable as the winter solstice is a time where purity and stillness is so vitally important for our wellbeing. From the end of Dec. 21st through the 24th, the sun/son "dies" (stops moving in it's analemma pattern) for 3.5 days, which signifies the time spent in the tomb. A time to reflect in stillness... Before it springs back to life, moving again on the 25th. That's why the cabal fills it with noise and toxic consumption... To distract us away from this time so that we remain in poor health, out of alignment with the natural creation all around.
So! To move our life back into alignment, I'd invite anyone to find some aspect, some distraction of your daily life to give up during this time. If you'd like to embark in a food aspect but not wanting to do that long of a water fast, you could do 100% fruit for just that time, or just for those 4 days, or it could be something like giving up coffee, or doing intermittent fasting, or giving up animal products, or eating only fruit for breakfast, or any aspect to inch you closer to this space of purity. But it could also be something to do with reducing time on electronic devices, or spending more time in nature during this time or setting aside time to do intentional breathing. Or join me in the fast! Either which way, it will do wonders. I'll be doing most of the discussion around this on the "Healing is a Feeling Chat" @foodiscussion for anyone that would like to embark on this wondrous adventure. I'll mention it on my live chat this evening on @JustinCarpenter33. I love you all πππ₯°

Day 1 of the solstice challenge! Today's lineup for me is fresh pressed apple juice and lots of oranges and mandarins. All aiming to get my body full of glucose and minerals, my muscles full of glycogen and my cells full of hydration. Hydrating fruit cleanses and rejuvenates. Eating life to have life!
