When I first started I just poked holes in normal jars and was doing like 3 or 4 at a time for the whole family then after a few months they would rust out but it was fun.
Method
-Mason jar with holes in top if their drying to fast may want to cover with cloth
-3 tablespoons approx depends on your jar seeds can be a mix.
-simply Rinse with water day and night allow to let them settle spread out around the jar.
-around a week later they will be an edible addition to salad you can take half and in a few days its grown back.
I used to call it the neverending food gift.
-Low light to begin maybe even no light the firs day then by the end full full to green them up let us know how you go❤️
How To Sprout Buckwheat
Place 1 1/2 Cups of buckwheat groats into a bowl and cover it with 2- 3 times as much room temperature water. Mix the seeds up so that none are floating on the top. Allow the seeds to soak for about an hour. Drain the water in a colander and let them stand, rinsing 3 times per day with cool water for 2 days. You will notice a gooey substance on the buckwheat, which is starch. Make sure that you wash this off thoroughly. Spouts will form after a day or two.
Benefits of sprouted buckwheat
Like all other grains, nuts and seeds, also buckwheat contains enzyme inhibitors that interrupt with vitamin and mineral absorption and cause digestive ailments. Therefore, at least soaking is required to make them more digestible.
Sprouting however, takes you to a completely new level as sprouts use the starches to grow, hence decreasing the glycemic load of buckwheat or any other grain.

I've had 6 days refeeding after 9 day water fast these are my lessons and reflections.
Energy returned around day 4
All up I was fatigued and restful for 13 days.. played football full power today tho.
Digestion and bowels were like brand new so clean.
slowly starting to reset into a good rhythm taking their time to repopulate.
Got to be patient
I did a lot of watery smoothies.
This is the 4th time I've ever been so clean like this so I know now too respect it. Rebuilding on raw.
not over eat and to be disciplined in good food combining and quality produce.
I did a lot of dates bananas pears.
Salads and soaked walnuts.
On the whole 10 days I experienced to be the perfect length for a tune up and microbiome reset.
In fast Pit stops
I did an enema, salt bath and I would do a salt flush every 3 days of the fast next time rather than just 1 at the end.
Nothing during refeeding.

I would add next time I would use a bowel formula in refeeding to help restore the bowel wall.
Peristalsis is the automatic wave-like movement of the muscles that line your bowel.
