What are oxalates?
How is it possible that we've been eating a rich plant-based diet for the past 10 years and gone through a huge superfood and raw food boom and hardly anyone has mentioned oxalates?

It is a natural molecule that reacts with electrons (electrolytes) (sodium, calcium, potassium, magnesium) and forms small nano- and micro-crystals of various shapes that are toxic to the body. In other words, when a mineral attaches to this molecule, it becomes an oxalate.

When stored in different parts of the body, they cause local and systematic symptoms, as we will soon see. The best-known oxalate is calcium oxalate, which causes e.g. kidney stones. Calcium oxalate is interesting because its shape is often spiky, crystalline and even knife-shaped. Such a shape is apt to tear the body's delicate tissue.

So, oxalic acid is actually a completely natural substance that our own body also produces, and vitamin C, for example, is easily converted into oxalate crystals, as well as large amounts of collagen and amino acids, e.g. glycine.

Plants produce it in different amounts and it can be part of the plant's own, effective defense system, the purpose of which is to make the person using the plant for food so unpleasant that they don't feel like eating it. So very simple. The plant cannot escape, so it develops a poison to survive. So this is the survival strategy of plants.

With b12 I havent taken it before

If you want to experiment in what plants herbs fruits vegetables roots are good for you.

Were without a clear inflammation response fevers sneezing.
Uncomfortable rapid dehydration.

The foods like bread salt cooked foods the foods I thought were good simply dehydrated me and caused fevers.

One trick was to eat a salad before cooked food.

But eventually I had to admit my clean system only wanted a clean diet.

Although I missed cooked food I never got sick of the fruits each meal even if repetitive was delightful.

I widened my search for more variety and enjoyed custard apples cherimoya prickly pears pomegranates dates

On season ripe produce I was in ecstasy. But psychological and smells of cooked food still affected me and I could avoid it but not in full comfort.

Made difficult my family and friends were very worried and constantly pressured me every meal to eat cooked food.

After a couple of years resisting I did slowly incorporate cooked veggies and then it was a slippery slope over the last year.

It's so different the energetics behind eating cooked to raw.
Such intensity is present before meals on cooked.
Where as raw it was much more flexible and elastic hunger. Much much less stomach churn and acid hunger demand.

I felt fit strong and child like on raw.

I do think it's best cold turkey raw after a fast. Acknowledge the psychological attachments

If one decides to go back to cooked do it slowly flip flopping would cause major bodily instability.

That's quite a concentrated pee it's easier to see it the cloudy sediment

if you dont see that in your urine from time to time, you want to see it, to know your kidneys are really detoxing well.
This is after 4 days of water fasting

That's why it's so concentrated overnight during a water fast the dehydration is so fast I go from fully hydrated to totally dehydrated.
