Know them by their fruits.
The "Fruits of the Spirit" is a biblical concept from the New Testament, specifically from Galatians 5:22-23, where the Apostle Paul lists qualities that are said to be produced in the lives of believers through the work of the Holy Spirit.
Love - Unselfish, loyal, and benevolent concern for the good of others.
Joy - A deep, abiding sense of happiness and contentment rooted in faith.
Peace - Inner tranquility and harmony, even amidst external chaos.
Patience (or Forbearance) - The ability to endure challenges or delays without frustration.
Kindness - A gentle, compassionate, and helpful nature toward others.
Goodness - Moral excellence and integrity in action.
Faithfulness - Steadfastness, reliability, and loyalty in relationships and beliefs.
Gentleness (or Meekness) - Humility and strength under control, showing tenderness toward others.
Self-Control - The ability to restrain one’s impulses and emotions for the sake of righteousness.
These traits are often contrasted with the "works of the flesh" (like hatred, jealousy, and selfishness) earlier in the same chapter (Galatians 5:19-21).
They’re seen as evidence of
spiritual growth and alignment with divine will in Christian theology.
Different translations might slightly vary the wording—like "longsuffering" for patience or "temperance" for self-control—but the core ideas remain consistent.

🌿 Balance Your Cortisol Naturally 🌿
Cortisol, the stress hormone, plays a key role in metabolism, blood sugar, and inflammation. But chronic stress can spike cortisol levels, affecting your sleep, mood, and well-being. The good news? Certain foods help regulate cortisol and boost stress resilience! 🍽️✨🙌👌🤠
Omega-3s these reduce inflammation and balance cortisol. Things to do to heal it:
Eat Omega-3 they are the highest in all nuts, especially walnuts. Even have them as nut butters on apples and or bananas daily. Flaxseed Oil - Flaxseed oil is high in omega-3 fatty acids which are believed to have a positive effect on brain functions such as concentration and memory retention. Take 1 Tbsp daily.
🍵 Matcha & L-Theanine – Green tea powder contains L-theanine, which calms the mind and lowers stress-induced cortisol spikes.
🍫 Dark Chocolate & Polyphenols – Rich in antioxidants, helps reduce cortisol and boosts mood.
🥬 Kimchi & Probiotics – Supports gut health, which plays a big role in cortisol balance.
🍌 Bananas & Potassium – Helps manage blood pressure and reduces stress-related cortisol production.
🌼 Chamomile & Apigenin – A natural calming agent for better sleep and stress relief.
🥜 Nuts & Seeds & Vitamin E – Almonds, walnuts, and sunflower seeds support adrenal health and stress management.
🥗 Leafy Greens & Folate – Spinach, kale, and Swiss chard help combat stress-related fatigue.
🖤 Black Beans & Magnesium – Magnesium helps regulate cortisol, relax muscles, and reduce stress.

Paul have you heard of nvc empathy communication?
With people in our lives at risk of railing against God.
That being a sign of some unmet needs to the giraffe ears.
Empathy and acknowledgement is the way to love God and treat our neighbour as ourselves.
PAUL
I notice your topics focused on helping truthers connect to others respectfully.
I'm feeling energetic
It makes my life more wonderful to offer assistance.
Could you please tell me if
you would be willing to connect about NVC in relation to the little season?
4 steps
Observation
Feeling
Need
Request
Observation not evaluation
What did i notice them do or say? ie quotes & actions unarguable.
Feeling ie angry,lost etc
Need. eg for my needs to matter to you. Or respect etc. Abstract then practical, going deeper.
Establish actionable Request.
Healing a dynamic of demands
There are lots of workshops online.
I've used it in the context of talking about politics snd religion with family. It works great.
Asking my self and others what is the need or what would make your life more wonderful?
The resolution will find us when needs are HEARD.
Allowing free will in every step.
All war would stop with this being used.
Needs are life, not perceived moralistic judgment.

🇬🇧 The mental clarity that fasting generates
Instead of just drinking water, the monks decided to create a batch of extremely potent beer that was packed with carbohydrates and nutrients. They then named the drink, sankt-vater-bier, which roughly translates to "Holy Father beer."
In 2011, a journalist named J. Wilson contacted a local brewery in an effort to recreate this beer. He went on to drink it for 46 days during Lent & didn’t consume any solid food. His diet consisted of drinking four glasses of beer each day during the weekdays and five glasses of beer each day on the weekends.
Wilson noticed that during the first few days of his experiment that he would get quite hungry, however, his body quickly learned to adjust. "My body... switched gears, replaced hunger with focus, and I found myself operating in a tunnel of clarity unlike anything I'd ever experienced." In the end, Wilson lost 25 pounds.

Yes fasting 3 weeks
I tried every month for a year to do that.
i felt the effect that arose in me more and more, got me to keep going and I know in future fasts I can go deeper learning to love God more.
Demons come up full on.
They do not like fasting and rebel with self doubt and sort of crisis feelings.
Gratitude was huge
Honestly so many waves of struggle.
What helped was closing my eyes.
Sitting in the sun
Breathing
was in the womb very raw.
Light was my saving grace
Have it be alone or with a person you trust.
100 percent focus and self energy management mode.
Afterwards
Go slow refeeding
I did 1 quarter apple every 2 hours 4x first day.
Then double that every day for 5 days.
To come out of it very gently.
I did gravity enemas everyday with water
