Hi Fanos for all your followers I got this from Dr Christiane Northrup on how to make your own HCQ if anyone’s interested!
-2 to 3 Grapefruit
-2 to 3 Lemons
-8 glasses of filtered water
Peel them and use the rime only
Simmer for 3hours with a glass lid pot only
Leave to cool and then strain juices in sterile jars, you can freeze the rest
Take 2 tablespoons twice a day
Note It’s not the best taste but it works!

For any beginners having trouble with meditation I recommend reading “The Power of Concentration”
Practice exercise 1 on page 137 where you stare at the doorknob for 10 minutes each night at the same time. I did this for 1 month and not 6 days as recommended in the book. Journal your findings each time and you will be amazed at how difficult this task is to begin with and then how you begin to gradually improve each day. Eventually the doorknob will disappear into the “nothingness” with your awareness turning a milky white colour. Thoughts will disappear after lots of practice. This technique is similar to the open eye meditation in the Kriya yoga technique. It’s a great way of learning to be in the present moment where our power resides. It will also assist in your meditation over time. Remember to breathe deeply, (using the diaphragm and filling up your stomach like a Buddha belly) slowly and calmly in a rhythmic state on both the in-breath and out-breath through the nostrils.
If anyone wants to further develop their meditation and breathing technique I would advise the Kriya Yoga Technique as mentioned in the book “Autobiography of a Yogi” by Yogananda.
“Breath control is self control, breath mastery is self mastery”

Protocol.
Take 1 month as a focus start slow but work up to the level.
Listening to your body as usual.
But understanding that on the way it requires a leap of faith as things uncomfortably shift back into balance..
As well as fasting, juicing, raw food drinking water 7 principles of health etc
Your not going to like this next bit but you have to do it we were lied to the sun is the healer not the hurter.
Have a salt water bath 2 times a day for 30 minutes. Inc Guasha as needed
Followed by 30 minutes sunbathing 15mins each side.
Use a dish scourer to open up the skin and apply lemon juice.
Yes it will burn.
Do it...
Keep going..till you have a smooth completion and tan.
