Just completed a 7 day juice cleanse
It’s been a rough one with intense peaks and valleys of emotion, I am learning to navigate through feelings instead of reaching for the comfort of food. This will be a lifelong journey. The re feeding has begun with pineapple 🍍
This time I innerstand that this is the most crucial part of the fast
I am not in a hurry to fill myself with heavy cooked foods
I will ride this wave of high energy as long as I can!
