The Shanti sena isn't my idea and I'm not moderating it.
We are!
We are all involved and I'm sure will respond well to the needs of anyone in enough struggle to call one.
It's a culture i found in my travels of care towards one another like everyone is a family worthy of being heard and safeguarded.
Hopefully as we learn to operate in Shanti sena the mistakes or failed first attempts do not discourage.
It's challenging
there is no goal or leader in the discussion.
A basic guide :
Ceremonial start
1.
simply observing the basic feeling being felt in the moment.
2.
simplify or summarize the details of that to a single sentence.
If there's more feeling
Go back to step 1
3.
Watching the temptation
To be the judge jury executioner.
Allowing that to pass.
Owning that.
4.
Make a request or ask a question
Pass it back
