"Shanti sena" when called is where anyone with any personal grievances can instigate an immediate or scheduled conflict resolution meeting.

A separate space is important to avoid disturbing the flow of the entire larger group and poisoning its culture.

Upon hearing a "Shanti Sena" call one can choose to join the circle around the individuals involved.

It is not to be used lightly only after reasonable attempts 1 on 1 have been made and its in danger of spilling over into the group.

The purpose of Shanti Sena is not to determine guilt or innocence, or to mete out justice or punishment.

But to ensure the best possible process of mediation for everyone's highest good can occur.
