Naturally in a summer we go through the 🌈 bridge to purify our gates from the bottom up and begin a new!
Red fruits
When the ego is attached to hoarding or selfishness, anger, money and Materialism.
Orange fruits
When the ego needs sex, lust and all forms or transactional realtionship attachments.
Yellow fruits
When the ego is demanding excess in Gluttony, superficiality and a sense of self inadequacy.
Green fruits
When lost in ignorance or closed off to trauma and new experiences.
Purple & blue fruits or fasting
When creativity or empathy are low.
As well as to feel more worthy.
Sungazing at sun rise sunsets
With food it's what we leave out that counts. Doin 3 to 6 months of only eating 1 fruit like mangoes or oranges may be what's in the highest good to rebalance that energy center
