Good evening all you beautiful souls out there,
I just finished listening to the Ozzie HIAF chat and was guided to share some words of appreciation here on the chat as I won't be able to join next Monday's HIAF call.
@BenjaminCarter52, I just want to thank you for such a beautiful shout out during today's Ozzie call. I have the utmost respect for you, your soul and your journey, and I see you as a very inspiring guide on this long and hard healing journey.
It is not only your energy and mind that I deeply value but also your divine gift of eloquence that we get to experience each week through your beautiful shares. Your honesty, commitment and boldness of telling the truth is priceless and so necessary in these times. Your words always strike me to the core of my soul. And I know that I am not the only one to appreciate and value this in you. Thank you for being there in hard times and for sharing your gnosis with us all.
I could not make such a message of appreciation without praising two other truth tellers and brave souls... @JustinCarpenter of course, who gently pulled me into all of this and propelled me in the healing journey. We all stand next to you in this phase and support you during your fast. And @reno21y who is such a beautiful soul that offers this safe space for us all.
I see you three Divine Men as a wonderful dynamic trio leading the way.
And of course my beautiful ladies, I am so pleased to share this space with my divine females that I deeply resonate with. @silvergirl_q @roseann_716 @Tribegatherer and so many others.... I love you all sisters and value each and one of you.

The first hour was fortunately saved by Carmen with an offline recorder. Then after that hour, the telegram recording was able to be started and is a higher quality. So I'd suggest swapping to Part 2 after the first hour of listening. Hope that's not too confusing!

Hey just to clarify on the multiple recordings from yesterday's HIAF, the recording wasn't able to be started at the beginning of the call on Telegram which was caught partially through. Fortunately Carmen was recording to save the goodness at the beginning. Thanks Carmen! But that's why you don't hear Carmen speaking on the chat in those silent moments in Part 1 when Lila would respond. just to let everyone know!

"I have struggled a lot with my urine turning really acidic after a couple of days into my fasts... at the beginning I forced myself to keep drinking it, even though I felt super disgusted by it... but then at some point I switched to aged urine instead. It was much better!!
The fresh acidic urine was giving me so much nausea... to the point I couldn't stand even the smell of it. But I always trusted this process, because my intuition told me it was a temporary thing... part of the deep cleanse... and finally, after many fasts, I saw this feeling confirmed!!! On one of my longer fasts (I think it was a 9 day fast), my urine became less and less acidic until it came out pretty neutral in taste and smell again! I learned from this whole experimentation that the acidic taste is a result of the body's work removing VERY OLD ACID WASTE stored deep within the tissues/ cells... this will happen when a person has gone a long way cleansing the body (not everyone experiences their fresh urine turning acidic in their first urine fasts or at least not in the first days... it takes some time to 'get there') and it will take a while until all this acid waste is removed from the whole body. The fact that it's old acid waste is also why one feels so repelled by it. But it's not harmful to drink it, of course, as urine is truly medicine and will have the perfect antidote for all that is intoxicating the body.... so, whenever I could not continue to drink the acid urine, I stored it and noticed it ageing really well, really fast too: after only a couple of weeks it turned very dark and super ALKALINE!! The taste changed.. it wasn't acidic anymore! It was then much easier to drink or utilise in enemas and whole body rubs, etc. 😃✨"
