THE FOUR AGREEMENTS:
BE IMPECCABLE WITH YOUR WORD
Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love.
DON’T TAKE ANYTHING PERSONALLY
Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won’t be the victim of needless suffering.
DON’T MAKE ASSUMPTIONS
Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness, and drama. With just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life.
ALWAYS DO YOUR BEST
Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse, and regret.
The Four Agreements sound simple, even simplistic. But try keeping just one for an entire day!

We all need each other to be whole
Because The truth is one.
To commit to the search of truth together and within wherever it takes us.
Using these 4 agreements as a guide to navigate:
Wrath
Anger
Pride
SIN = without
What are we waiting for.

It's what we all truly deeply desire
Meditate for community = common unity.
All that doesn't serve let it go.

Psalm 82
A psalm of Asaph.
1 God presides in the great assembly;
he renders judgment among the “gods”:
2 “How long will you defend the unjust
and show partiality to the wicked?
3 Defend the weak and the fatherless;
uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed.
4 Rescue the weak and the needy;
deliver them from the hand of the wicked.
5 “The ‘gods’ know nothing, they understand nothing.
They walk about in darkness;
all the foundations of the earth are shaken.
6 “I said, ‘You are “gods”;
you are all sons of the Most High.’
7 But you will die like mere mortals;
you will fall like every other ruler.”
8 Rise up, O God, judge the earth,
for all the nations are your inheritance.

Light is returning,
even though it is the darkest hour.
No one can hold, back the dawn.
Let's keep it burning,
Let's keep the light of hope alive.
Make safe our journey, through the storm
Our sun is turning,
Circle on his path around the planet
Earth Mother is calling, her children home.

Kaki persimmons
This time of year they are in season and if you shop around you might be able to get them pretty cheap
If you buy a lot like 100s and store them they can take weeks to ripen and as they do you can check them every day by squeezing the bottoms of them to see if their soft and ripe yet...
I used to eat at least 10 a day all through winter december January February in Germany Europe.
Full power fruit loaded with nutrition
Very sweet & juicy.
Good tactic for northern latitudes this time of year along with pomegranates 👍
