Refeeding after a Long Fast
You undo all the work from the fast when refeeding on the wrong foods.
It's important to gently introduce the quantities and types of food over time.
It's like with anything - if you haven't trained at the gym for 6 months and you try to lift the same weights and do the same workout as before, you stress the body and can cause a physical breakdown..
The digestive system is no different..
Always begin the refeed with laxative fruits.
John Rose says when you break your fast you want to give our colon something to work with. It must be a laxative type fruit.
He suggests taking 1/2 pound (227g) of prunes and soak them in water overnight.
Drink both the prunes and the water as your first morning meal breaking the fast.
If you're super clean you will see everything come out in your stool in about 1 hour.
If you're clean it will all come out of you in 3 hours and if your not it will take 8 hours for it all to come out.
For every 4 days you have fasted, you'll take 1 day to break it.
So 16 days will take 4 days etc.
Once you get to 6 days of breaking the fast, you don't need to take too much longer to break the fast.
3 main food groups are introduced in this time period.
So the first food group is a laxative fruit like a prune.
The 227g of prunes will be hard to eat but try your best to eat them all.
The 2nd day you can use another laxative fruit like cherries instead of prunes.
Only 1 meal (first meal) is the laxative fruits and then it’s the juices for the remainder of the day.
Day 3 we introduce juicy fruits like citrus, melons or mangoes.
You can have 2 meals of these juices for breakfast and lunch.
Then its juices again in the afternoon.
Day 5 and 6 we can introduce a salad into our 3rd meal.
Keep the salad simple like leafy greens.
No fats at this time.
Fats are introduced last like avocados, nuts and seeds.
If people are eating cooked foods still, they come after you have introduced these foods in stages and increased quantities.
Always listen to your intuition on what foods to eat after the fast.
For me after my 99 day fast I broke it the following way:
Soak 225g of prunes overnight in water. At around 9.30am
I ate all 225g very slowly and made a prayer to God beforehand and chanted "om" before I ate.
Just wanted to infuse a high vibration of love to the prunes before I ate them.
I continued with this godly ritual before each meal. (This is important to continue before eating any meal)
I then continued to drink my juices for the rest of the day.
Day 2 I ate a mandarin upon rising and then another at lunch and then drank juices for the rest of the day. Day 3 was 1 mandarin and 1 apple at around 9 and then 1 mandarin and apple at 12 and then juices for the rest of the day.
Day 4 I introduced a 3rd meal with a light salad.
I had a small salad for dinner around 4.30pm.
Lettuce, parsley, cliantro, cherry tomatoes, spring onions, red capsicum and cucumbers and 1 lemon as dressing.
No salt or oil.
I would do slightly differently now - I wouldn't have lemon or spring onions.
Spring onions have too much sulfur and lemon is acidic according to Dr Sebi (and I feel this), so replace with lime.
Week 2 is when I introduced avocados. (You could introduce a dressing here as well)
I slowly built up quantities of both fruits and salads for 1 month and then tried some cooked foods in quinoa and chickpeas.
I never really craved any cooked foods or dressings for 3 months afterwards.
Showed the juice fast was successful in removing the parasites/cravings etc and the mind was reprogrammed properly. (This is important)
Reprogramming the subconscious mind is important before you begin a fast and for the refeeding phase.
When done properly, the refeeding process becomes effortless.
All you want to do is eat healthy, raw foods, mostly fruits and a light salad with no dressing.

So many questions about how much to consume during a juice fast.
This is what I'm drinking each day on my current 52 day juice fast.
4L - OJ with basil and mint.
3L - Greens with Cucumber, Celery, Green Apples and Herbs
1L - Watermelon
6-8L is required to remove the mucoid plaque in the shortest possible time.
Citrus juices are the best to break down the plaque and biofilms.
Green juices assists but also helps with nutrient levels and maintaining weight.
Watermelon juice is good for the kidneys. Plus it tastes good. 😂
