Hi chat..I couldn't chime in earlier 4 the skin irritation but I personally use doTERRA .& Have for about 10 yrs now. I "cut " them with FCO or jojoba oil
As far as the itching due to purge..I would recommend tea tree or frankincense ( altho a little pricey).
They both promote new cell growth. Also lavender has properties of an anti inflammatory as you would use on poison ivy & oak. It calms the skin.
Only 1-2 drops of these oils are needed with the carrier oil of choice
I would recommend applying a warm towel compress over the area ..in the evening AND as always with INTENTION 🙏
