Meditation will allow you to take control of your life.
It's the key and necessity in daily life to make significant changes and spiritual growth.
Put simply:
Without meditation you are operating at lower versions of your "self" and lower timelines available to you, that are of a heavier and dense nature.
This in turn slows down the raising of the collective consciousness.
People stuck in these lower versions of themselves and lower timelines are unaware that anything outside of what they are experiencing actually exists, and is available to them in this very moment.
All they need to do is make a decision.
Choose to be completely devoted to God.
Surrender implicitly.
Choose to connect with God through meditation each and every day.
Choose to let go of what no longer serves them and which is of a lower timeline.
Choose to step into their highest version of their self and highest timeline.
We must take guided action on every solution that God provides, as a result of our connection through meditation.
God communicates through feelings.
If you feel good, you are on the right path.
If you feel uneasy, then God is alerting to you that you've taken the wrong path, and a change is necessary.
Don't ignore how you feel, as what resists persists.
Without this connection with God, our lives are easily controlled by the collective funnel of limitation. (Slave matrix)
We are stuck in this lower collective timeline, suffering together with a limited level of awareness.
We feel we have no power or control over our lives.
We feel something outside of ourselves controls not only our lives, but the lives of everyone.
When we know the Heavenly Father, we will have the answers not only to our own problems, but to those that beset the world.
Why do we live, and why do we die? Why the present happenings, and why those of the past?
I doubt there will ever come on earth any saint who will answer all the questions of all human beings.
But in the temple of meditation every riddle of life that troubles our hearts shall be resolved.
We will learn the answers to the puzzles of life, and find the solution to all our difficulties, when we come in contact with God.
Don't put off the most important change necessary for your spiritual advancement.

Meditation will allow you to reclaim the present moment, connect with your soul, so God can provide you with a gift 🎁 of "presence."
The old game is over when you reclaim the present moment, through breath control/meditation.

Or do we continue following the tribal belief system/collective beliefs/pull of the slave matrix and evolve at the speed of the collective.

Only the truth can set you free.
The truth is love, light and God.
The breath is the power of God and gateway to connect with this highest power available to us.
