This is easily the best introductory presentation on fasting I've seen! It's absolutely packed with good information. After introducing the concept of fasting well, Tyler Tolman goes over why even intermittent fasting, 2 meals a day, is such a powerful step towards health and longevity. Even more by reducing the eating window further and eventually to one meal a day. Fasting even just one day a week, as the ancients observed every sabbath, can have profound benefits in every facet of our vitality. And he also includes juice "feasting", or a time where only fresh pressed juice is consumed as a wonderful tool to work towards water fasting. And more... This is a must watch for anyone wanting to take ownership, sovereignty of their health and take powerful steps towards living longer and healthier lives.

For all who are curious about Dr. Sebi's electric, alkaline, non-hybrid approach and how it looks like in practice, look no further than the channel below. Michelle has got amazing recipes and very helpful tips all in an easy to find spot. You can tell she's done her work in going through all this... even giving links to where you can order some of the items, like a good quality irish sea moss for it's natural mineral boost. Michelle really did a phenomenal job... Lots of good info and tons of loving care poured into each post already. I know she'll have more amazing things to share as she continues to innovate tasty, transitional meals to help us move away from the toxic way of eating we have been conditioned to. Dr. Sebi inspired... my goal is to use my journey in this very important, life-changing way of eating to help jump start and support others who wish to embark on this journey as well.

As electric beings, Dr. Sebi teaches we must eat electric food in order to get electric energy in our bodies. Alkalinity produces electricity!

As frugavores, I do believe juicing and eating only raw fruit (alkaline raw fruit) is still superior and is quickest for detoxing our bodies, but following Dr. Sebi's approved alkaline list is a terrific "middle ground" to get us to health and on the path of ascension without giving up the "meals" and "cooking" we've become accustomed to. Simply replace the acid foods with alkaline foods! Dr. Sebi's guide allows cooking and includes fruits, vegetables, ancient grains, specific nuts, and many spices. Most people are unaware that many fruits and vegetables were created by man, not God; therefore, these hybrids are not on Dr. Sebi's approved list.

The goal is to put only alkaline, "real food" provided to us from our Creator via Nature (Natural) into our bodies... Electric Food!! This is the basis of Dr. Sebi's teachings and the structure of his food list.
