Refeeding Update - 3 Weeks

I've finally built up to eating a large paw paw/papaya for breakfast. Absolutely delicious. Expensive in Australia though.
These are very good to eat on an empty stomach as they have a high amount of fibre and minerals together.
High in iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, vitamin a and c.
Perfect breakfast meal and essentially this is what we should be eating for breakfast.
Paw paw/papaya.
I've been taking raw seamoss & bladderwrack and iron fluorine (3 times the recommended dose of plant iron just for 2 weeks until back on normal dose) for the last 3 days and have noticed a huge increase in energy levels and wellbeing.
Physical body is so much better from these minerals, so it shows the importance of revitalising it with these minerals from seamoss and iron due to the severe depletion from the fast.
My lunch is 5-7 bananas 🍌 and an apple 🍎.
3-5 Mandarins in the afternoon.
Large salad with 2 avocados 🥑 for dinner.
Will cut avocados back soon due to high fat. 🙏
