Refeeding update. Day 4.

I felt so depleted today I was guided to have a salad for dinner.
A day earlier than on the protocol but my body gave me a subtle nudge to do so.
I never really liked salads before and always needed a dressing and salt. Tonight I had cucumber 🥒 parsley 🌿 red capsicum
Cherry tomatoes 🍅 lettuce, spring onions. And 1 lemon 🍋 as a dressing.
All organic. Wow 🤩 What a delicious surprise that was.
The flavour was like I've never tasted before. It was the most satiating meal I've ever eaten. Just those plain ingredients. Simply amazing. Taste buds have completely changed. Didn't feel like a chocolate treat afterwards either. Actually just felt like another bowl of that. Just showed my body was craving those minerals. I think I can handle just eating fruit and raw salads for the near future.
I'll only ever have cooked food as a treat or celebration. Like quinoa, chickpea curry etc.
Otherwise you can see it being a slippery slope back to regular cooked food and salt.
The long fast is the key for the body to reset, remove those parasites and now is the time to repopulate the gut with good bacteria with lots of raw fruits and vegetables.
Eating cooked foods will interfere with the effectiveness.
I'll build up to 2 large bowls of salad in a few weeks. Maybe more. Get those minerals and life back in to me.
It's such a great feeling when you eat something so healthy that is tasty, satiating and where you feel you haven't missed out on anything.
That's what I've always been craving.
This is the reward we get for the sacrifices of a long fast.
Just shows it's the parasites, mucoid plaque, biofilms and obstructions all along blocking the natural communication signals on what our cells require for food inside of us.
I've been eating mandarins and organic apples during the day and they taste delicious as well.
Can't wait for the tropical fruit in the summer time.

I've been consistently doing my ritual and communion with God before preparing and eating each meal to assist with digestion.
I chant "om" 3 times over the food to infuse God's frequency of 111HZ and to infuse love into the food.
I then say a prayer expressing gratitude for the food and then I do 3 deep diaphragmatic breaths to put me in a relaxed, calm state.
I then express gratitude again after the meal and again with 3 deep diaphragmatic breaths.
This is something that has been lacking previously as I was addicted to food, eating too fast and not in a relaxed state.
The sipping of the juice and water was a great lesson to slow down the drinking, which has then led to better habits with eating.
I hope this encourages others to start implementing these changes so they can release the grip these demonic forces have on the solar plexus chakra.
This is keeping us stuck in hell.
Also an encouragement for others who are thinking about a longer fast, on how life changing and transformational it has been for my mind, physical body, soul and connection to God.
I just simply can't go back to old ways and bad habits again.

The importance of Water and Being Hydrated 💦 💦 💦

The dehydration factor is a big thing with optimum health.
Our stool is 75% water so if we eat dehydrating foods with very little water content then the body is in deficit as it needs to use other stored water from tissues, membranes etc.
Mucus forms from not being hydrated enough around the cells.
That's why the juicy fruits are the best to eat like watermelon, papaya, mangoes, citrus as they are high in water. Watermelon is 92% water. So if you eat 2kg of watermelon you get 1.84L of water and that water is 5-10 times more easily used in the cells of the body than drinking water due to the structure.
Most people even well hydrated need an extra 2-3L of extra water to drink throughout the day.
Sipping it evenly as the kidneys can only filter 1L maximum per hour. Anything we drink quickly goes straight to urine and that's why the urine clears up as it is not used for detoxification. Also removes electrolytes.
Drinking fast is a "no-no" just like eating too quickly.
All cooked foods have very little water content so we are in deficit each meal we eat and would require so much additional water for the cells of the body to stay hydrated.
Then you look at the severe dehydrating effect of stimulants like caffeine and caffeinated beverages.
It's a huge issue and that's why there is so much jitteriness.
BODY USES
WATER FOR
:
1 - Rehydrating old waste in the small intestine (mucoid plaque constantly soaks up this water)
2 - Hydrating the body (cooked foods, caffeine and stimulants dehydrate the body)
3 - Making more blood (relates to blood pressure issues)
4 - Eliminating toxins through the 5 channels - kidneys, liver, skin, lungs and colon. (Lymphatic system gets clogged up and we can't eliminate through the kidneys)
So being so dehydrated we can't eliminate the toxic waste effectively.
Then you look at the mucoid plaque which is extremely dry and soaks up a lot of the water we drink constantly.
That's why it must be eliminated.
Loren Lockman has tested over 10k people for hydration levels and only 3 have ever been properly hydrated as the rest have had mucoid plaque. He is one of the 3. (Even 15+ year raw vegans are extremely dehydrated)
He said when he does a water fast he doesn't feel fatigued at all.
He has abundant energy all day long and that's how you should feel.
That's the test to know if you need to do more longer water fasts.
You drink water for 2-3 days only and test to see if the body goes into detoxification mode.
We all think we are hungry when we haven't eaten for a while as you might get hunger pains for example or dizziness.
These aren't hunger signals, they are detoxification signals as you've stopped eating and the body now thinks it can go into detoxing.
The body has plenty of fuel to run the body energy.
It never uses the food we just consume for the current fuel.
That's why we don't need to panic about not having food in the morning before a workout for example or work. There are plenty of fuel supplies.
When the body is clean you will feel abundant energy all day long, no matter if you eat or not as long as adequate fuel supplies are consumed at some stage to keep the fuel tank with fuel in it.
See the importance of water and being well hydrated!
And the main reason we need to do long fasts!
Eating a raw food diet and taking herbal tinctures will simply not take care of the hydration issue in the body, due to the mucoid plaque build up in the small intestine.
A lot of the brain fog and cognitive impairment we experience is from dehydration.
My clarity, brain fog issues and connection has improved significantly from this long fast.

Absolute Keys 🔑 For Abundant Health

🔑 Breath Control - Breath Control is Self Control, Breath Mastery is Self Mastery.
Breath control allows us to control every thought and how we feel.
It keeps us in the present moment where our power with God resides.
Own the Now and you've Won.
It also enables us to tap into the ether element for fuel when we master a technique like Kriya Yoga.
We utilise the power of the divine light, the diving om sound and divine frequency of God that purifies and energises each cell.
Deep diaphragmatic breathing oxygenates the blood (removes carbon dioxide which is the bodies waste product) and also stimulates the lymphatic system 5-10 more times therefore assisting with detoxification and removing wastes from the body.
The breath is the gateway to the higher planes of the cause and astral.
The astral plane is higher than the gross physical plane and where the mind resides.
That's why reprogramming the subconscious mind is important for health as it overrides and directs information into the physical cells of the body.

🔑 Reprogramming of the Subconscious Mind With Absolute Truth - without absolute truth about God and "knowing thyself" we will take actions that will prevent us from optimum health.
Meditation allows us to change our frequency to theta so we can alter our belief system.
Our subconscious mind runs on autopilot controlling 95-99% of our daily actions.
If we have negative beliefs about health we will continue to replay these each day and won't heal.

🔑 Hydration - as per my previous post on hydration.
Our body is 75% water and the water cells act as the battery of the car and a conductor (body car) & water is used for:
Rehydrating old waste in the small intestine;
Hydrating the body;
Making more blood;
Eliminating toxins through 5 channels of the liver, kidneys, skin, lungs and colon.

🔑 Sunlight - The sun/son ☀️ in the outer sky is a reflection of the inner son which is Christ inside of us. The sun ☀️ outside shows us of the inner journey required inside of us. It creates an annual analemma - figure 8 in reference to the torus field (double sine wave/infinity/magnetism) inside of each atom of every cell in the body. It goes up and to the right - in reference to the right hemisphere of the brain and this can only be done through breath control/meditation, which is magnetism (magnetising the spine in reference to the torus field of the spine) to allow for the shakti energy to flow up the Sushumna channel inside the 6th and 7th chakras.
It also relates to the Christed seed being born each month when the moon is in your sun sign for 2.5 days each month.
We must raise the chrism oil (Christ inside of us) up inside the 3rd ventricle of the brain (cave of Brahman) to put oil in our lamp so our optic thalamus can be illuminated and we become the light of the world/Christed man.
Once this process occurs our blood becomes purified and alkalised, increasing our health significantly.
Hence the importance of the sun ☀️ which is the son/Christ.

The sun ☀️ is also required as it charges the battery of the car (water cells) with the full spectrum light (the UV and infrared is what the cells require and not the blue light)

The sun ☀️ radiates the blood that transports nutrients to the cells of the body. So it needs to hit the retinal capillaries of the eyes.
Wearing sunglasses blocks out the UV and infrared light so only allows the toxic blue light to damage the nutrients in the blood.
All artificial lights like fluorescents are damaging our cells.

There are also receptors in the retinal capillaries that transfer the intelligence received from the suns rays to the cells of the body, the journey required inside and to activate the sensors in the gut in order for the microvilli in the small intestine to be able to digest carbohydrates properly.

The sun relates directly with the intellect and pineal gland which is the portal to God and self realisation.
Without the sun ☀️/son we can't merge back with God.

We need the sun/Christ ☀️ and the mother (magnetism/meditation) to meet the father in heaven/door to the right in the 3rd ventricle of the brain/6th chakra and merge with God/oneness.

The sun ☀️ is our friend. Practice sungazing each day. Preferably first or last 15 minutes of sunlight.

🔑 Minerals and Glucose - these are fuel for the body from the earth element and are the lowest form of fuel.

All from living raw foods as God is the God of the living and not the dead.

Iron is the most important mineral as it is the only magnetic 🧲 mineral so it pulls the other minerals evenly throughout the body to the cells.
This fixes all mineral imbalances.

Iron acts as the spark plug of the car. Without adequate levels of plant iron /iron fluorine, we lack the spark of life.
It assists with transporting oxygen in the blood to the cells and especially for brain function. The blood needs to be fully oxygenated so iron is required for this along with mastering your breath through a technique like kriya yoga. Meditation done properly like in kriya yoga decarbonates the blood by removing carbon dioxide (waste product from the cells of the body) and these extra oxygen molecules oxygenate the blood.

Potassium is the number one alkaline mineral of the body so assists with immune function by neutralising cell poisoning. Cell poisoning is effectively what a virus is. So minerals speed up the healing process of poisoned cells.
They also assist with other cellular functions.

Seamoss contains 92 out of the 102 minerals required for cellular functions.
We should supplement with raw wildcrafted seamoss as we are so deficient in minerals.
We should also supplement with plant iron (iron fluorine and not rock iron which is in most iron supplements)
All other supplements especially vitamins are useless to the body. Anything synthetic is no good for the body.

One of the major causes of cell poisoning is lack of oxygen to the cells.
Not breathing properly through deep diaphragmatic breaths, breathing through the mouth, breathing polluted air from the environment, being in an office with stagnant air, air conditioning units, high altitude, aeroplanes, hotels, cruise ships etc.
Always have a window open for air to flow even when sleeping.
That's why living in nature or close to the beach is what our bodies desire.
Also living in the golden zone with yearly sunlight.
Most diseases come from being in colder environments. Life span is significantly shortened.
We want access to fresh, organic fruits and vegetables all year round.
Without toxic pesticides and heavy metals.
We want access to natural spring water without it being contaminated.
As from the previous post on the importance of water for hydration and removing toxicity from the body.

We want access to unpolluted air so don't want to be living in cities.

Finally we must remove the obstructions in our body not allowing it to function properly.
These obstructions are:
Mucoid plaque in the small intestine;
Kidney stones;
Liver stones;
Blocked colon;
Cleansing of the lymphatic system which is the sewage system of the body;
Removing Heavy metals, BPA, pesticides and other pollutants from the entire body;
Removing parasites from the body as they hijack your thoughts and what you eat.

Fasting is the way to reclaim your health.
We must do regular long fasts (especially water fasts) to remove these parasites and mucoid plaque especially until when we can do a water fast where our energy levels are not affected. That's the true test on whether you are healthy and well hydrated.
We feel weak from fasting as the body is detoxing the toxicity into the bloodstream.
When there is no longer any poison in the body we won't experience these ill feelings and will have sufficient energy to feel amazing and full of life.

We must go back to nature which is living in accordance with God's natural laws and living in the rhythm of nature's cycles.
Not what is normal. Normal is ungodly, manmade and satanic.

We all have a choice.

Refeed Day 9 Update

Really enjoying this basic salad with Cucumber 🥒 Spring Onions, Coriander 🌿 Red Capsicum, Cherry Tomatoes 🍅 Avocado 🥑 and Lemon 🍋 as dressing.
Haven't succumbed to any salt.
It's my staple salad at the moment and I'm not craving anything extra.
I've been eating papayas, apples, mandarins for my fruit intake.
Got some bananas 🍌 to eat this week and some dates and cherries as sweets.
Just really craving healthy organic fruits and vegetables.
Very surprised how my tastes buds have changed so much to actually enjoying this food.
