I thought if no one knows we could experiment and see what we can glean.

Dandelion & chicory root tea or Nettle leaf tea steeped both of these I highly highly recommend!!! So healing

Chaga mushroom tea
Reichi mushroom
Chai with cinnamon, ginger, clove, star, annise, fennel seeds & cardamom.
Herbal healing teas dr morse etc
Chewing Sage leaves
Licorice root tea great for blood pressure
Cacao (raw) only heated & steeped to circa maximum 50 degrees Celsius.

Supper is for sipping.
Can also mix a lot of these
dose up your family.
That's what I do.
Chai time every one!
With a bit of agave and almond milk!

Can use a cold tea from night before of nettle Chai with healing herbs to add to smoothies, soups, raw oats soaked breakfasts etc

****risings are Fruit and water only to get the most hydration cleanest digestion and least fermentation.

Non organic coffee is very toxic
A lot of commercial coffee is concentrated to be even more stimulating.
Protect your adrenals.
