Weight LOSS
I have a good friend who brainstorms with me often on how to loose weight.
He is not vegan or raw... yet
I thought I'd share the 3 main things we learned through his brave trial and error.
He is getting gr8 results with reducing his satiety naturally.
He was fed up and about to get his stomach stapled.
He didn't want to go hungry at all or not eat anything he usually eats..

He started with just drinking 4 liters of distilled or spring water a day, away from food.
I convinced him to fill up a big 4 liter container and initially try for 30 days to consume that everyday.
He weights 110 kilos so that's about right for his size really helps to reduce cravings.

Food combining we had 2 rules only
I convinced him that simple sugars like fruit or even confectionary are best alone and before anything oily in the day to be absorbed quickly without obstruction or fermentation that leads to fungus and excessive parasite activity.
Either a carb & starch meal of rice or kamut pasta, potatoes & vegetables best as a lunch. Try oil free as much as possible
No cheese or beans mixed with starch.
Or
"Protein" meal of meats(against my protests) or dairy, best as a dinner so the digestion can rest 12 hours overnight after a dense & heavy digestion process.

He liked 1 salad item only
That was carrots...
So to stimulate his eating window he would eat 2 big carrots then wait 20 mins before eating his starch or protein meal.
I was happy about that because the fiber and it takes 20 mins till the message of fullness arrives.
Results:
He noticed his portion size needs reducing by 40 percent and he has lost 10 kilos in 3 months and feels like these changes are something achievable he can easily continue.
& Heart burn went away.
Through observation he learned not to snack outside of meals.
As that opened up more digestion windows and he even got it down to 2 large cooked meals a day after a fruit breakfast.
He dropped coffee and dairy because any more liquid other than water was too much and fruit brefast digest better alone.
His meats were no longer pork or processed cold cuts and salami.
But lamb and fish from local sources.
*He did the first month while doing the black walnut, clove and wormwood parasite tincture 2mls 2x a day
Pint of bubbly mineral water with juice of half a lemon or grapefruit juice counts as part of the 4 liters a day water.
Helps to beat soft drink craving.

Winter can leave some bad habits so if your due a yearly parasite cleanse I found a good product that does wormwood for a month only but clove and black walnut for 2.

Hi Ann, the best thing to do is really immerse yourself in learning. The channel @reknowing is chock full of amazing knowledge and resources. Listening to any of the recordings we've done has tons of valuable information. And then please come onto one of the 2 weekly live chats and feel free to ask any additional questions you might have. Simple suggestions - more fruit earlier in your day, fruit only, nothing else. Drink lots of distilled water, fresh fruit juice or orin - at least 3-4 liters of fluid per day. And yes, fasting if you feel prepared to do so can help in the process. But this is not something that can be answered simply for anyone. Depends on where you are and your commitment to embarking on this journey. How fast you want to go and how prepared you are to detox which can be uncomfortable. So again, the best thing to do is learn and then come into the conversations and this chat with more specific questions that come up. We're moving away from the prescription by "experts" way of life that babylon taught us and into the age of sovereignty and responsibility. Which means we have to own the process through and through.
