Hey there family🩵Today is day 7 of recovery from my fast😢This is my 10th 7-9 day water fast and not my first rodeo🤣I’ve never had this hard of a time recovering and replenishing! Thanks for thinking of me in the chat Monday🩵I really wanted to speak but really didn’t have the strength or energy 😢Today is the best day I’ve had and I finally got my urine ph back to 7🙌🏻 I started looping again yesterday even though it was still 6.75. I also added a lot more distilled water to dilute the acids and flush them out!! I can’t believe how dehydrated I got! After my morning pee and consuming 16 oz lemon water, 32 oz juice, melons, berries, 32 oz smoothie with 16 oz coconut water, I didn’t have to pee until 2 pm today😳I had a productive afternoon though and looping helps! Even my regular hours fasting while I sleep have left me parched and not feeling great when I get up! I’m a million times better though and getting stronger everyday! I might not have healed much but I sure learned a lot more about myself 🩵
