People who do massage or chiropractic work while fasting or juicing fasting will see much much more benefits movement etc.
I've experienced this is such an amazing way and I've heard crazy stories about it. Plus it makes sense.

First 3 days fasting the stomach and bowels are the focus then day 4 the stem cells spread out to the body it's like oil to the tin man.

If you have a long term musculoskeletal injury do 3 day water fast then get a massage every day for as long as you can go for.

targeting the area of long term chronic pain as well as meditating and sending awareness to that area.
