Can I tell you something kind of wild?

The Earth literally has a heartbeat. It's called the Schumann Resonance. And lately, it's been speeding up.

Your body feels that. You might not know why you're suddenly exhausted, emotional, or triggered by things you thought you already worked through. But there's a reason.

I know because I feel it too. For me it shows up as pressure in my head, right in the third eye area, and this deep fatigue like my body is processing a massive amount of energy. Some days it's intense, other days it eases up. It comes and goes. And for a while I didn't understand what was happening.
Here's what I've learned: when that frequency spikes, it acts like a spotlight on your energy field. It finds everything you've been carrying in the shadows. Old wounds. Fears about money. Beliefs about not being enough. Stuff you were sure you'd already healed. And it pulls it all to the surface.

Not to punish you. To free you.

That's what light body expansion is. Your energy is upgrading, and the upgrade asks you to release what doesn't fit anymore. So if things feel messy right now, if you're more tired than usual, more emotional, more sensitive for no clear reason, that's not a sign you're broken. That's a sign you're growing.

✨Archangel Gabriel’s Light of Divine Revelation✨

Archangel Gabriel is the divine messenger, bearer of truth, and awakener of inner clarity. His presence is gentle, luminous, and precise, like a soft current of golden-white light that clears confusion and restores alignment with divine purpose. When you call upon Gabriel, you invite higher guidance, purity of intention, and clear communication between your soul and the Divine.

Archangel Gabriel works on the levels of consciousness, intuition, and divine timing. He assists when you feel lost, uncertain, blocked in self-expression, or disconnected from your true path. His light brings order to chaos, reveals hidden truths, and gently guides you back to what is essential and real.

🪽PRAYER🪽

Call this prayer when you need clarity, guidance, inspiration, or alignment with your soul’s calling:

“Archangel Gabriel, divine messenger of the Most High, I call upon your light now.
Illuminate my mind and heart with divine truth.
Clear confusion, illusion, and fear from my thoughts and intentions.
Help me hear the voice of my soul and the guidance of the Divine.
Align my words, choices, and actions with higher wisdom.
Surround me with your wings of light and clarity.
So be it. Amen.”

Say this prayer slowly and consciously. Allow his light to bring stillness, insight, and gentle certainty into your field.

🪽PRACTICE🪽

1️⃣Sit comfortably in stillness. Place one hand on your throat and the other on your heart.
2️⃣Close your eyes and breathe deeply, allowing your body to relax.
3️⃣Visualize a soft golden-white light descending from above, surrounding your head and shoulders.
4️⃣See this light flowing through your throat, heart, and mind, clearing doubt, tension, and suppressed truth.
5️⃣Imagine Archangel Gabriel standing before you, holding a staff of light, gently activating your inner knowing.
6️⃣Silently affirm:
“I am open to divine guidance. I trust the truth revealed to me now.”
7️⃣Remain in this state for several minutes, allowing insights, feelings, or clarity to arise naturally.

This practice is especially powerful when you need direction, creative inspiration, confidence in speaking your truth, or reassurance during transitions.

As a Reiki practitioner, you can invite Archangel Gabriel to assist during sessions focused on mental clarity, throat chakra imbalances, life direction, creative blocks, or spiritual awakening.

How to integrate Archangel Gabriel into Reiki:

Begin the session in Gassho and silently say:

“I invite Archangel Gabriel to guide this healing. May his light of divine clarity fill this space. May truth, alignment, and higher wisdom flow through my hands. Let this session support clear perception, inner guidance, and soul alignment.”

As Reiki flows, visualize a refined stream of golden-white light moving through your hands, calming the mind, clearing mental noise, and restoring coherence between thought, emotion, and soul guidance.
