tldr:
On the 29th of april in Tatarbunar, Odessa Oblast, Ukraine
A female cop ran over a 7 year old child on a crosswalk. The cop was on their phone and did not notice that she hit a child until the child's father screamed to stop the car. After stopping the car, she did not call an ambulance as you are bound by law to do in this situation, and she moved herself to the passenger seat.

tldr/paraphrasing:
On the 29th of april in Tatarbunar, Odessa Oblast, Ukraine
A female cop ran over a 7 year old child on a crosswalk. The cop was on their phone and did not notice that she hit a child. She dragged the kid for a whole 11 meters under her car until the child's father screamed to stop the car. After stopping the car, she did not call an ambulance as you are bound by law to do in this situation, and she moved herself to the passenger seat. The father had to call the police, which in turn called the ambulance.
Next day, the father went to the police department to get info about the criminal case against the police officer who ran over his daughter. After he arrived to the police station, all contact with him was lost. Apparently, he got handed over and got drafted.
There is more than enough evidence to suspect that this is unlawful imprisonment that was executed due to corruption.

It does not matter what country you're from or what is the current state in which that country is in. Police will always choose to save their own ass over helping you. Don't let the fact that Ukraine is a country at war give you the illusion that ukrainian cops can be trusted.

I should just steal other artists' art styles the old-fashioned way, with practice and autism-brained attention to detail. If anyone's like "is this AI" I can hit em with the speedpaint from start to finish like BOOM, suck it cccccunt. Then I can grow more powerful than you can possibly comprehend because no one born after 2010 will know how to hold a pencil and make something original.
