🎹 As part of our Unity In The Community programme, the music production studio at Niemetzstrasse 1 is available to book daily (Mon-Sat) for no € charge. The studio comes fully equipped so you don't need to bring anything, but feel free to hook up whatever you like into the existing system. Suitable for podcasts, recording vocals, learning a new instrument, or working on your music.

Free sessions are twice a day, 2.5hrs. Please note we add more open sessions each month - if you can’t find a suitable slot, you can check back again next week.

Priority will be given to those with refugee backgrounds, BIPoC, people from the LGBTQIA community, disabled people, women and gender nonconforming people, or anyone else who feels that due to their background, they face difficulties accessing music education.

🔎 SPY Story: Training against disinformation through storytelling!

In collaboration with Arts of the Working Class (AWC) and Energie-Alternative in Palermo, we have been developing SPY STORY, a project that invites young adults (18 -35) to push back against disinformation through the art of storytelling.

🎹 This September, our Unity In The Community project hosts two workshops supported by Ableton, focusing on both their hardware and software.

Tutors will be Sarah Roellinger Shaikh (aka Monibi), certified Ableton Trainer, DJ, producer, sound engineer, and label head of Low End Therapy Records, and Dr. Banu Çiçek Tülu, sound artist, music producer, DJ, and lecturer at Berlins University of the Arts.

📡 We are at HKW this evening for the next edition of their Sound Base Berlin project, Praed - Dancing in Echtzeit.

This is a free event and doors are 19:30. There will be a concert, DJ set, and conversation in the Angie Stardust Foyer, curated by Pamela Owusu-Brenyah. This is sure to be a really interesting night, and you can drop by spontaneously. No need to sign-up and no € charge.

👟👟 We are moving to Mitte for Berlin Marathon, building a pop-up radio and event space on Leipziger Straße.

There will be opening and closing parties (both free entry but with an RSVP needed) on Tuesday evening (22.09) with Lakuti, plus Palms Trax, Courtney Bailey, and SALIMATA on Sunday night (27.09). Outside of these parties the pop-up location is free to attend throughout the week with no RSVP needed to drop by.
